I can't believe people are not incensed

Paul's asking this guy about irresponsible monetary policy and the un-sustainability there of. His answer you’re correct but “foreigners still seem interested in acquiring U.S. assets.”

I don’t really believe this means just securities.

So we’ve resorted to selling America as a matter of monetary policy!!!

Is this presumptuous of me.

C-Span ran the whole testimony live, yesterday and today, then repeated at night. Sometimes they repeat over the weekend. You might check the schedule. Very revealing process. Ben was quite prepared for Dr. Paul this time, but still was unable to rise to the task. He knows Paul is the only formidable foe on that useless body of glob--it was interesting watching the interaction between the two.

.....I am going to listen to this later, but read a transcript yesterday (that I can't find now :( ) The transcript indicated that at the near-end, after Ron Paul grilled him on how he knew that the current policy would not take us to a much worse place, Bernanke made a last statement to which Dr. Paul said...."and keep your fingers crossed."

That blew me away. Behold the Man! What a summation! I'm assuming the transcript I read and the audio links provided here are one and the same. Listening will be my Sunday Treat.
