Why do we not have a counterpart to Newsmax, Drudge, Huffington Post, or World Net Daily out there? You can't claim the Ron Paul Revolution would be unpopular in cyberspace!
We practically have the Internet in our pocket. It's our primary source of strength. Instead of sitting around complaining about media bias, why don't we create our own daily media supersite?

Alex Jones?? Are you serious? Alex Jones' only goal in life is to stir hatred and anger. He never reports on positive topics, he bites on almost every conspiracy theory and doesn't make an effort to verify the accuracies of his articles.
Also, have you read the comments on his site? Most contain foul language, many don't even pertain to the article and there is lots distracting advertising for cars that run on water and pills to make you he-man. I gave up on that site a long time ago.
Alex Jones is the best for this job IMHO.
We had a money bomb for him and raised over $250,000.00. He has held his word and expanded with a television studio.
Very few people supported the money bomb when it happened, and I would think that few would now. Much talk.....little action.
It's too bad really. We could do great things if we just worked together. That much has been proven.

this site is pretty good and I like it for my news. It needs more however, and this will require money . Maybe we can find a venture capitalist willing to invest in it like huff post?
If that happened however we would be owned unless some wealthy libertarian was in that position.
It needs much more video. The internet is becoming the TV. Look at hulu.com and you can see how decentralization of media is happening right now, youtube started it all.

That's very true.
The lines are blurring, and television as we know it is living on borrowed time. Hollywood movies are next in the line of obsolescence. As soon as a bigger, better version of Netflix exists in the marketplace--something like a combo of Netflix, Youtube, and Amazon.com---studios like Paramount and Twentieth Century Fox will begin to die out like dinosaurs.
Newspapers are already on the way out. That's why I suggest we create an electronic one. It's a window of opportunity.
I'm not doing it, although I'll help if the idea germinates.

With a few modifications this site has the traffic to be that.
Exclusive blogs that are well written. Yes we all love the free for all this is, but a little more organization and cleaning up peoples posts is needed. Someone may be onto a big story, DP needs people who will clean up the info and present it like the other sites do.
All the huffington post does is blog about everything, and I mean everything. There is no news over there.

Daily Paul does what it does almost perfectly. It is beautiful (aside from meat ads). What I suggest is something that's a news site, not an alternative to this Forum.

What kind of news.
Stuff we would like to read or general news. DP could but the AP feed on here. That would be something interesting, putting a major news feed on here, that way the DP flood the comment section when something idiotic is reported as news.

However, a slightly more general news site, WHICH ACTUALLY REPORTED THE TRUTH, might bring in more truth seekers. What is always missing from msm "news" is the historical context. It's hard to spin a story on people who understand history.
Didn't the old Superman fight for TRUTH, JUSTICE and the AMERICAN WAY? We could steal his motto cause I don't think anyone else wants it anyway.
