Me on CSPAN supporting Ron Paul 1/16/09

About 9:40 into the video. I was at a internship seminar series down here in Washington DC last week and we had CSPAN come interview a few of us. Originally we were suppose to ask the question but i got blind sided by the Darfur question but i hopefully turned it around. I wish i had more time to talk but i know that Ron Paul will bring the real change to this country and he has inspired me to pursue a career in politics.
Tell me your thoughts and comments, i know im not the best public speaker but i tryed my best.

You did fine and kept your head in what looked like a difficult situation (room full of Dems) and you held your ground that we shouldn't be intervening all over the world. You also got Ron Paul a rousing response from the crowd which is great! Obviously voting Obama (or McCain) only empowered them, but if you see yourself as an insider ready to change their BS system from within then that's good. Don't become part of the machine though unless your goal is to disassemble the machine.

You mentioning Ron Paul DID ABSOLUTELY help the Ron Paul movement. All those people there in the audience and the TV viewers heard you mention Ron Paul's name and the applause that followed. Every single bit of this sort of thing helps advance our cause.
The more often Ron Paul's name is heard and the more often RP is received with applause helps build additional further positive sentiment towards Ron Paul, who I believe is at this point the leader of our movement and the person who is in the best position to further our message of Liberty.

You felt alot better when you got a nice applause after you said Ron Paul was your guy. Never forget that feeling and you will be unshakable.
It took some guts to admit to a pro-Paul website that you voted for "That One".

Keep it up and remember this. Every time you get up and speak it gets a little easier. I can assure you Brian Lamb and everyone else who looks like a natural speaker, they all had to go through that learning curve.

I find this move pretty smart, because I think more people listened when he was asked for the name. It reminded me of some moves of Ron Paul. And you have to consider, that it´s not about Ron Paul. Of course it is, but just to quote Ron Paul.
Ok so.
#1 i voted obama. So what?
#2 i campaigned for Ron Paul harder than most contributing the max amount of $$.
#3 had he gone third party i would have kept supporting him and still do to this day.
#4 I voted barack obama because he was the lesser of two evils(not a great excuse but at the time you only had 3 choices in ma, vote obama, vote mccain, or dont vote).
#5 Its not that i support him as much as i want him to fail, i want there to be real change and barack obama wont change anything.
#6 Also, i was caught off guard in a room full of democrats.

I FINALLY managed to get to your part
the flash player would start and stop and skip! I thought you did fairly well for a young man, and as was said above, each time it becomes a little bit easier to gather your thoughts and express them.
I used to panic to the point my voice would come out as a squeek, even when I read something in front of others! I would get short of breath,--panic attack!
