Hi guys, this may be nothing though when I was viewing the photo I found a memo that one can partially read. It is way on the bottom left almost near the border and under a camera tripod, and under a canon camera. A sticker on the camera says FSN. The photographer is male and wearing a blue, red, and white toque. I searched the speech for these sentences and found it was not the speech. It is signed but cannot read it.
When you zoom in, what we can read is quite clear. Maybe it was the speech of another speaker.

I'm not sure exactly what was going on at the time of this pan, but there are a lot of people doing other things, talking to each other. SLEEPING.
Someone else mentioned Justice Thomas, I agree, he is napping.
I suspect Supreme Court Judges have perfected the art of catnapping, as a survival tool.

There's a floating hat and someone cropped out about 3 people up and 1 person to the right from GWB. Can anyone tell what's the deal there? A few people north north-east of Bush... looks like the black lady had someone in front of them originially?
