HR 645: Congress Seeks to Authorize & Legalize FEMA Camps

A new bill has been introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives called the National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645. This bill, if passed into law, will direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish national emergency centers otherwise known as FEMA camp facilities on military installations. This is an incredibly disturbing piece of legislation considering that the powers that be have already set in motion an agenda to setup a nationwide martial law apparatus through U.S. Northern Command and the Department of Homeland Security.
Apparently, the fusion centers, militarized police, surveillance cameras and a domestic military command is not enough. Even though we know that detention facilities are already in place, they now want to legalize the construction of FEMA camps on military installations using the ever popular excuse that the facilities are for the purposes of a national emergency. With the phony debt based economy getting worse and worse by the day, the possibility of civil unrest is becoming a greater threat to the establishment. One need only look at Iceland, Greece and other nations for what might happen in the United States next.
With this in mind, it appears as if these so called national emergency centers will be used in a national emergency but only if the national emergency requires large groups of people to be rounded up and detained. If that isn’t the case, than why have these national emergency facilities built in military installations?

The charges were corruption (taking bribes) and perjury. His co-conspirator was pardoned by Bill Clinton on his last day in office.

I just checked out a FEMA CAMP in California while on vacation visiting family. (THAT LIVED OUTSIDE THE FEMA CAMP) Humor but Sad!

The national security is absolutely have a knowledge of this and some of it is a plan of them. Crime rates are getting higher and everything seems to lose control. Additional forces is need in fighting crime.

People keep talking about the civil unrest..
...that will be happening soon in America. I'm not so sure it's coming down the pike, *unless things get really bad*. But even if things get really bad people will gladly go to the camps for food.
I mean in Europe, millions protest this or that. If there was a plan to cancel American Idol, we'll see protests. In France recently, people(1.5 million?) from all walks of life came together to protest the bailouts of the elites over there.
Americans are too flouridated, drugged up, and distracted to care to protest. In American society protesting or civil unrest isn't an honorable thing, it's only reserved for "hippies" and "crazies" that have their proiorities out of wack. In WW2 our enemies basically refered to us as a sleeping giant that had guns.
Today, our country is in a coma and now thinks guns are evil tools for evil people....unless the government has them, because they need to protect us from terrorism...er ...muslim-islamo-fascist-extremists. Its ok when the government creates terror.
You will never find me at a camp on my own accord. How convenient for them it would be if those camps were cut off from the food supply. I think civil unrest could happen, but it'll be inside the camps after food runs out...IMHO
I expect this situation could be worse than a million 9/11's to quote SouthPark.

The FEMA camps started during the Reagan presidency, under an initiative called REX 84. Louis Giufridda was head of FEMA and set them up, with the idea of detaining pro-Sandanista supporters in the U.S. The camps were nearly brought to light during the Iran/CONRA hearings when Senator Jack Brooks asked about 'continuity of government;' and 'suspending the Constitution' but Senator Dan Inouye stopped the questioning cold.
It may well come to FEMA camps if millions are out of work, have no income and need someplace warm to live. What will happen after that is anybody's guess.
