Sorry i didn't watch but only the first few minutes, the connection is overloaded.
So what's the answer that this program is giving?

In my opinion there's multiple problems that are connected to the "kids are not learning in school."
One of which is the chasing of the dollar.Families can not teach there children at home because it takes two incomes to live comfortably.Parents work 40 or more hours a week to provide and don't have the sufficient amount of time to invest in teaching.Taxes,bills........the race to acquiring more dollars leads to stress, broken families and a child that is given to the government.Who better to teach them then the same entity that causes the problem? Just the way they want it.

Pass reading, writing, basic math and history and you have a degree.Any further education should be left to the child and their interests and of the parents.
Toiling over subjects that kids have no interest in leaves them with a bad grade in a class that they didn't want to take but forced to.
Schools today are more like prisons, with the backing of govt. to jail the child and the parent for not obeying!!

Without a constitutional government we are left with this mess.

When once a republic is corrupted, there is no possibility of remedying any of the growing evils but by removing the corruption and restoring its lost principles; every other correction is either useless or a new evil. --Thomas Jefferson

13 No servant can serve two masters; for either he shall hate the one, and love the other, or else he shall lean to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and riches. - Luke 16
