We really need to stop judging people on how long they have been on DP!
I am going to rant here about this because it is distracting and keeps those we wish to become part of our movement from 'feeling' welcome here!
This is a kind of sabotage and it is repugnant.
We have to be respectful of all who come here. Many have been following Dr. Paul for many years and some have just discovered his wonderful message and a light bulb went off for them currently. Its all good.
We need to all recognize that we are each unique in our view points and how we 'express' them.
If you wish to 'judge' others then discern them by the content of what they are sharing here NOT by how long they have been registered here.
By their fruits you will know them. Trust in this.
To further enlighten your attitude, read Freedom Force Internationals' creedo:

More times than not -
'you must be new here', is coming from someone that is insecure when someone disagrees with them. Basically, you are threatening their pecking order in front of the group. They are hoping the clique is dumb as they are and pounce on you.
FNG, doesn't bother me; calling me late to dinner does !
Right on!!
Daily Paul is not Ron Paul's site. It's Michael Nystrom who needs our support here, which means following his rules (aside from spelling), and supporting his market, buying a calendar, visiting his advertizers and RESPECTING each other as individuals who have more in common than not. It is RESPECT that will make us all winners.
As far as I'm concerned, if you know who Ron Paul is, you get points with me. BIG POINTS.
Great post!
WE ARE GOING TO WIN!

I agree!
I've been attacked for being a new user before. I even had people claim, or stupidly assume, that I haven't been involved in the Ron Paul movement prior rior to signing on, due to the fact that I'm a new user. That's a crazy assumption! Daily Paul is not the end-all of the Paul movement. People have lives outside of internet sites and participate in activities outside of Daily Paul. Most people that voted for Ron Paul do not frequent the Daily Paul. Daily Paul is NOT the Ron Paul movement. It's just one segment of a much larger number of Paul supporters.

The Fed is not a private bank. PRIVATIZE THE FED!!!
"The Federal Reserve Banks should simply be regarded as governmental agencies." -Murray Rothbard
"I now call the Federal Reserve the fourth branch of government." -Ron Paul
Hahahahahaha, now that is a good one Flame!
There are those of us who actually attend meetings and planning and doing the work needed in the 'actual' world.
Great point. Being on this site is certainly no indication of anything other than a forum. When I first began to write comments etc here I too was blasted with suspicion and terrible comments at me because I was new. They certainly had no idea of the amount of involvement and meetings I attended just to become State delegate for RP and then later helped establish a PAC in support of candidates in our local Congressional District called Minnesotans for Limited Government.

For many people, there is the danger of illusion of 'doing something' by making comments at the DP.
So far I haven't blown this site off because I do see the potential for planning here. Soon when push comes to shove, we are all going to be challenged where we are going to commit our energies.
You're a 21 week troll!
Just kidding. Good post. I think it's stupid that people are questioned on posts or responses and labeled troll, aren't the new-bees the ones that are asking questions and learning?
**Maybe they need to be kindly persuaded instead of ostracized and crucified.**

Good post good post....lousy post you get the "2 day" treatment
I have lost count of the number of one hit wonders who have posted absolute crap here and run.
Stick around and duke it out and you get respect....sort of.
There are dozens of plants on this site...dozens. The hidden agendas are numerous and I think, in it's own strange way the DP has held on to about 40% truth.
This makes them number one in the truth business....as all the so called alternate news websites are run by collectivists who would just delete all of the useful posts.
Mike Nystrom and I agree on just about nothing and he let's me carry on to my hearts content.
I am quite sure that I get yelled at far more than any of the "first timers."
Its' a scrappy bunch but I love you all....even the scheming collectivist plants and your horrid little hidden agendas....just back from hunting with Dick...huh?
We are on to you...like a cheap suit...I can't afford a good one.

This is true
I often want to send people who are just waking up to DP but I don't because of people here tend to jump on newbies as trolls. You need to remember. Thier is alot to take in and a whole new way of thinking they are trying to adjust to after a lifetime of brainwashing. It is of no help to anyone if what seems like a bunch of unfriendly, unwelcoming, seemingly paranoids jump all over them because they are still questioning or even seem to be trying to disprove some of the things being discussed here. Most of us wouldn't be here if we didn't question. If they are waking up should they just jump in and except what any or everyone here says as an absolute? There is alot to be gleaned here but we need to help educate and show the truth. Not be accussative of people who don't know all what you know or don,t agree with and may never agree everything you know, think, or think you know. What exactly is a troll going to do to you anyway?
Thank you for your comment chonk.
Though I personally can stand up to the 'scrappy bunch' here and there, others may not and that is a shame on both sides frankly, because life is struggle. And great things come from struggle.
We all seem to forget big time that God emanates in all kinds of ways through each and every one of us.
The more we can give 'focus' to those subjects that enlighten and may give us direction, all the better. But if we want 'universal' freedom, we must be tolerant of others provided there is no vulgarity, profanity and hate.
I look forward to what others 'focus' on here because you just don't know when something very interesting may occur.
Some deserve it
some don't. And some of the worst trolls I've seen here have been around for a long time.
You gotta judge them by their actions.
"It's just one big club... and WE ain't in it!"
"Tyrants fear nothing more than insubordination"
"It's just one big club... and WE ain't in it!"
Bump
for a good observation and reminder. I cringe every time I see something like "OK Mr. 2 days 15 hours..." followed by profane verbal evisceration. Don't get me wrong though, there are people on this forum with a keen sense of smell when it comes to trolls. I respect and am grateful for that.
I
I really dont think that people are being solely judged on their time here. I think some question the positions that some posters take and if they don't seem to fall in line with anything to do with the freedom movement we check their membership time, mainly because there is a history of trollers here, and by that it's only natural to question. All of us here were new at some point. I know nobody questioned me when i was new. I dont think it's a big issue here.
This is a very good post, Anisha.
Perhaps those of us who have been on here longer will recognize a troll post, and trolls are likely to be new posters. But we also have new posters who have just discovered Daily Paul, and we know we all are going through a learning process!
So we need to be respectful in our disagreements.
