White Male Construction Workers Need Not Apply

I'm a white male construction worker. I got hired on as an carpenter apprentice for a union contractor eight years ago. In doing so they send you to the apprentice training center which is paid for mostly by the area union contractors. You attend class one week every three months for four years (five eight hour days). Each week you take a class that specializes in a different area of carpentry. The doors are open to everyone, anyone, any race, any age can join. Whether you make it through the four years is where people get weeded out. Out of the 500 or so apprentices that attend the school maybe three dozen are minorities. This school is for all the carpenter locals in greater cleveland which encompasses a large amount of minorities. It is the single best education I ever got and I have it to thank now for being a highly skilled carpenter, all I had to do was get up in the morning everyday and show up for work and or school. You have to want to learn though, there are no free passes. Now, because I am a white male and went out to better myself and gain a skill/trade I am not fit for these jobs. Awesome isnt it?

This is ridiculous. Why would any company that wants to be productive and make a profit base their decisions on what job seekers "need." Hiring must be based on what the companies need and especially focus on workers who will be an asset to the bottom line. Color is irrelevant. Hire workers who can do the job and make the company more money, or go broke!

Robert Reich is a communist if ever there was one and ONE of the "band of thieves" who are the motivation behind all the social engineering schemes since Clinton. Think about it...Hillary (it takes a village..), Emanuel, and all the rest. It is not a good time to be a "white man" in America these days.
But, don't worry. They will need us (really badly) one day and nobody will come. And who else would pay the taxes and be productive? They need us for that right? It's also very hard not to be threatened as being a racist if you complain about them being racist towards you. Poor, poor minority class.
Affirmative action not enough? Race card? Preferences?

I guess liberal elites can say anything they want to about white Americans. The last group without civil rights.
