OK, now look at these charts, look closely at the dates notice when the sell-off occurs.

Th FED meeting was on the 23rd but no announcement about an additional bailout was made until the 25th, 4 days after the sell-off started and 2 days before they even had a meeting?

Congress is not invited to the meetings but somebody sure as hell is.
Maybe it was a lucky guess that they knew the FED was planning another bailout?
