It is NOT illegal to film police officers, despite what the degenerate jackboot kook cop in this video claimed. Only those who are on the dark side seek to hide their deeds.

This incident occured in West Covina, CA on 1/27/09. I had previously filed a formal complaint against one of their officers. Full story can be found on my main page at LibertyFight.com, along with videos of the original incident and the video of the police internal affairs investigative interview, which I recorded with my videocam. (And No, I did not ask anyones 'permission' to record that either).

I am not afraid to film and broadcast the truth. I did not turn off the camera when he gave his illegal demand. I did not consent to a warrantless search. He made me get out of the car, but as you will see, I repeated that I DO NOT consent to a search of my automobile. I then told them that I am rolling up the windows and locking my doors, which I did. Because I did this, they did not search my car and could not steal my camera. This scum then told me off camera that he would "handcuff me, take me to jail ,and take my camera" to "prove he is right" if I dare even mentioned filming cops again. His name is officer Cloud.

He also said that "it is illegal to film any police officers on duty in the United States". Look at this guy- this grossly obese glutton of a man illustrates a complete satanic pride , and lack of self control both in character and by his physique. He looks like he's 18 months pregnant- He would surely not pass a police physical. He is therefore also putting the public he claims to serve in danger by the very state of his health.

But he has a gun, and a badge, so the control-freak degenerate abuses his ''power'' to threaten people for speaking about something he disagrees with. He had no valid authority to arrest me or even threaten to arrest me for speaking. This was a civil rights violation. (I did not get arrested because I stopped talking when he threatened me.) Notice he then goes to my car and tells my wife that filming is illegal, even though she wasn't even holding the camera- it was on the dashboard. He tells her to turn it off, and when she tells him that she is going to ask me what to do first, the despicable coward changes his tune and tells her to get out so that 'we can get away from the camera'.

I will never stop standing up for my and others God given rights. Resist the police state, resist illegal searches. Resist the new world order. Do not consent to searches without a warrant. Stand up for your rights. I am in the process of taking legal action against him.
