Walmart Last Night...
Browsing around in Walmart last night and several things caught my attention. I entered through the Garden Center and seen about five people quickly pulling items off a tall display. Strolled my buggy by to see what they were buying...Vegatable Seeds...and they were buying the individual packs by the handfulls too. So many people were around the display I decided to come back a while later and in the meantime check out the Sporting Goods. I was walking by the Sporting Goods counter and heard the clerk tell the customer "I'm sorry, I don't have any boxes of 500 count .22 bullets. I don't know what's going on, they sell immediately and we can't get enough". Well, after that I decided to check out the 100 count boxes of shotgun shells. Just a week ago the entire aisle was packed with different brands and gauges. Last night, there were only about 1/4 of the shelves full of random guages and quantities...By that time the Sporting Goods counter had a line full of people wanting to buy guns and ammo. As I was leaving I walked back by the seed display...hardly any were left. Anybody else noticed these things? Seems we won't get fooled again...

"How can we justify to the unemployed and underemployed in the United States the incredible cost of maintaining a global empire?" - Dr. Ron Paul
Local Wal-mart
Is notorious for being out of stock on whatever you went there to get. But, even worse over the last 3-4 months.
Ammo, they only have a good stock of 10mm, 17 hmr., and a few other calibers. As far as .22, .38 spl, 9mm, .270, .30/.30, 12 gauge, & 20 gauge, they haven't had much of anything in the last 3 months.
Bass Pro is almost the same, it is really interesting to see a store that has 1000 square feet dedicated to nothing but ammo, be almost bare in that area.

may be somewhere to look for ammo. they have been in stock on most everything I wanted.
Back to Wal-mart, they have been out of canning supplies for the last 2 mths as well, Food World is closing their store here in town and I got a good bit of canning stuff there before they sold it all.
For seeds see if you have a feed store anywhere close by. You can get a much better selection for your area, and it would be this years seeds that have been tested for germination. You can buy a pound of pea seeds for about a dollar still vs. maybe an ounce or two in the pack at Wal-mart. Or try: http://www.heirloomseeds.com/ or http://www.burpee.com/
It would still be better and cheaper to find a feed store close by though.
Thank you Dr. Paul for making me act on what I already knew was right.

I've bought 8000+ rounds from them lately, and they've been really good, but have noticed a dramatic decrease in the variety of their supply, especially ammo that can be bought buy the case.
Ammo
You can buy ammo and seeds online reasonably. It's no secret why walmart has seen growth, they have a product that people want and they do it very well.
It's just like the car manufacturers, they don't have any products we want right now. Did they ever think maybe they can expand their business model a little? Maybe sell us cool stuff for the cars we already have that work just fine. Maybe work on high performance add ons, gee, how about making my ipod work in my 2 year old Acura easily?
The only people that will survive are the ones that can adapt.

Why???
Why do people to continue to shop at Walmart? They are the NWO prototype and do nothing for the local community. Can't you find the cheap Chinese crap somewhere else? BTW don't buy their GMO terminator seeds!

There are
a few good deals there. Ammo, oil, and fishing supplies are worth the trip.

Freedom of choice, maybe.
Isn't it an American company ?
If you don't like to shop at WalMart ... don't !
Choice?
In the Walmart Business Model they plan to be the only choice.
So ...
If you don't like Wal-Mart, do what you can to disrupt their plan.
A group of us where I work
A group of us where I work were just having the same conversation about ammo at Walmart about 3 dyas ago. I think that they many stores may be keeping stock low till they see what this new administration is gonna do, a fear of being overstocked with something they can't sell maybe?
As far as the seeds go, it is that time of year ya know....

Yeah
They could be making the new boxes with the registration code on them in preparation for that law passing.

Ammo
