Sickening. "Obama plans to order a sweeping overhaul of the NSC, expanding its memership and increasing its authority to set strategy across a wide spectrum of international and domestic issues."

It seems Mr. Obama wants to expand the NSC to encompass roles that were already mismanaged by the Homeland Security Agency. My goodness...
