RHEINHART was wrong about 2-9-09, eh?

Didn't rheinhart predict this was going to be a bad day? So much for the "legatus" conspiracy, huh? What are your opinions now of this guy? I bet he had a massive slowdown of girlfriend applications after 4 pm...

Whether Reinhardt is right or not doesn't matter. Someone

will eventually be correct, if not this week, then the next or the week after that. We know what is coming our way, so get ready.
The world as we know it is crumbling before us as we watch. Preparations are afoot to take away our rights should martial law be declared. States are attempting to fight these potential actions by declaring their Sovereignty. The stage is set for massive civil unrest against our society and government. Expect a bank holiday and food shortages. It does not take an insider to read the tea leaves and make these predictions. The point is to stay sharp, keep trying to awaken the locals that you come in contact with, and have a plan ready to go.

Was asked over dinner what credibility I gave to this prediction

I said 35%, just a seat-of-the-pants number. I topped off my gas tank, filled some empty gas cans, and withdrew a chunk of cash from the bank. I figure any excuse to get prepared is good enough.

New Hampshire and Ecuador

well..

the treasury secretary was SUPPOSED to speak yesterday and they delayed it. that may have been the bad news.

the new health proposal is scary sh#t and Tom Dashche is bad news I am afraid. This dude scares me to death.

I do find the hotel and the fireworks thing interesting, that needs more investigation. I don't think a hotel ever caught fire like that from fireworks before, but those chinese really like fireworks. Maybe it was all CGI? LOL.

Maybe the hotel fire was all a pixelated hologram. LOL

... or, possibly ... new hotel ... insurance ...
... "financial combustion" ?

I give it till the end of the week....

I know nothing about the guy but waiting and watching costs me nothing. Plus, I worry about any week ending in Friday the 13th. Bad ju-ju.

If he's wrong, then I know to ignore him the next time. If we get crushed, we get to say 'told you so'.

Last Am,

there's another Friday the 13th in March,
so we may get the same prediction again if it doesn't pan out this time.

Honestly I get a chuckle out

Honestly I get a chuckle out of those who hang on every word of every prediction. They are all interesting and some even have merit. However it really doesn't matter, predicting exact time frames and dates is always risky but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out there will be a sort of final melt down eventually when all the forces involved finally play out all their cards.

Best thing to do is be prepared for it. And hopefully capitalize on it when it happens.

AIG

User bigsurjune asked if AIG was the start. Maybe it is. Reinhardt's conspiracy seemed to line up with whenever the organization "legatus" (who supposedly runs the show) had a conference (especially when they go to Rome), upon returning bad financial news hits the markets. Their conference was just over the weekend:
http://legatus.org/public/Upcoming_Events/09SummitBermuda.asp

I looked all around the web to see if I could find news on the 9th that would imply big downturn by the 13th. There is obviously the new bailout coming, as well as the TARP program to be announced. News of Bank Of America possibly going under, news of GM and Chrysler probably having to file for bankruptcy... all could do some damage.

Another big story is Russia seeking to postpone foreign debt repayment:

The only "Link" I could find was that the building that is on fire in Beijing right now (hotel building) is owned by Mandarin Oriental International, that company is registered in Bermuda (Where the Legatus conference was this past weekend). One of the main insurance companies for Mandarin Oriental International is AIG. Perhaps AIG is the start of it, I'll try and find some more links to articles for everyone.

Here is the building on fire:

great job connecting the dots...

If AIG is in trouble, that and GM filing bankrupcy could be the last straw in the CDO or derivitive dabacle that is waiting to happen.

great investigation work.

I think he intimated that he had inside info

on how Legatus members conspire to tank the market, pointing to a trail of events shortly following their meetings. They convened over the weekend. Tick, tock, tick...

New Hampshire and Ecuador

I think he's onto something...

... I never heard of the guy until the latest prediction.

I do believe, however, that he said there would be an announcement today (or some form of business newsworthy story) that will trigger the slide this week.

Obamessiah's 'crisis could turn catastrophe' presser today could be it...

... or perhaps the realization that the jerks in DC have pledged up to $9.7 TRILLION
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=washingtonstory&sid=a...

Time will tell.

I hope he's wrong.

Well, Steve,

or Stevie,

that was unexpected !

But ... right on !

Do people expect things to happen, when? before dinner?

I think Obama's big nite could very well be interprepted as a major thing and again, only after friday passes will we know for sure.

Did Obama just finish giving an hour long conference?

We'll see if today is a big day---the main prediction I'm looking at is all out bust by friday. We shall see--I'm not holding my breath.

Well, if you followed what

Well, if you followed what he said, it was something like, "it starts on the 9th and we're at the bottom by the 13th."

Was AIG the start?

Who knows?

Let the week play out....

my guess was the prediction

my guess was the prediction of bank nationalization? the announcement from geithner was supposed to be today .. but they pushed it back until tomorrow ... if he was wrong ... who cares ... do you own gold? thats all that matters lol

lol...that is all that

lol...that is all that really matters, rtf....DO YOU OWN GOLD? If not...then you better buy some or head out san fransico and some "1849in".

lol i own enough gold and

lol i own enough gold and silver ... i am 1 year away from legally owning a gun because i live in NY ... so hopefully shit doesnt turn to poop before that ...

i have plenty of gold ... arg ;)

bunny... get out of

bunny... get out of NY!

Hey McCain-----┌П┐(◣_◢)┌П┐

Who is this guy

He was all over the net last weekend.

He made 2 correct

He made 2 correct predictions in September and October, so now he's God.

Google it....

Some conspiracy guy said the

Some conspiracy guy said the financial world was going to begin to melt today...and it didn't happen...

Ohhhh ,but YES it did begin

Dow down 7 points! lol
I really think his calculations were dependant on the bailout info that got pushed back til tomorrow.
We'll see. and he has been spot on on FIVE predictions in a row going for six for six on this one...good luck man...FTW!
