speaking of RIFD
I am from Taxachusetts (spelled with an M) ...lol .I heard on a local station that they want to put an RIFD chip on inspection stickers and you get to drive a certain amount of miles through the state a year and if you go over the limited amount you will be charged a fee. It is only on documents at the moment but if this passes I am moving the hell outta here!! This is total insanity!!!
