Clearly, the states are sending a message to the US Congress & Washington DC. I want to track the states presenting legislation and find out the final results so I can track which elected officials support state sovereignty in each state. Any documented help from others is much appreciated.

Now we have the Executive Session, where the bill is railroaded to ITL. A movement to ITL comes quickly from Patrick Garrity and is seconded by Dom Domingo.

All of us "Paulites" here in PA need to unite once again and rally for Rep. Sam Rohrer 's bill on regaining our state's rights. Personally, I have witnessed a tremendous awakening of our fellow-citizens here in PA. Since I have involved myself in local politics, I am constantly amazed at the number of people who thank me for my actions to get Dr. Paul elected, and express how much they wish he would be our President. When I first started campaigning for Dr. Paul, I was often asked "who???" No more, EVERYONE now knows who Dr. Ron Paul is and what he stands for. So, let's get busy, guys. Call your representatives, get involved with your local "Campaign for Liberty", "Restore the Republic" and any other activist group that you know of. We are winning!!!!

The states doing this should be keeping all
the taxes paid by their citizens. NOT sending them to the federal government. Why send taxes to the feds and wait with their hands out for the feds to send a small percent back??? If the states began KEEPING the taxes they would have enough to take care of themselves. It would also allow for more local control of services. And, they wouldn't have to answer to big brother.

let's see if the mccalls and deweeses have the guts to support such a measure. those types love big government, especially a strong federal government, and don't really care about meaningless things like the rights of puny individuals.
I think this is great, but...
if they are accepting any federal funds at any level, it makes it kind of a moot point. It would be like my son saying, "dad, I don't want to be your son anymoere, but can I still live here and collect an allowance?"

I live in NJ and have been
I live in NJ and have been very disappointed with this state for quite some time. At some point in the no too distant future I will leave NJ, unless the politicians here somehow miraculously come to their senses.
I've always liked the Poconos and if this legislation in PA passes it might put the state first on my list of where to relocate to. The way I figure is that my tax money should be supporting State / local governments that deserve it and will use the money responsibly.
