The Goal of a New World Order-Shoghi Effendi

Is anyone familiar with this? The Baha'i religion seems like a road map to the new world order. Wonder where they got their seed money? (The Bahá'í World Centre in Haifa, Israel is a UNESCO World Heritage Site which might be a hint.)
