If they truly mean it,
then it could be a good thing. There have been strong movements of fiscal conservatism and even libertarian ideals throughout the GOP, but only bits and pieces of the movement get enacted in legislation, if that. That's the picture I get with the Reagan movement, for whatever reasons not very much changed.
