Hilarious government ineptness

Apologies if anyone has already posted this today but;

Two submarines, a British and a French one crashed into each other today in the Atlantic Ocean.

Unbelievable, you would have thought with all the billions of pounds of technology and sonar etc, and in the massive ocean; that this would never happen.

It’s like a sketch from The Simpsons. It would be hilarious if only the subs weren’t nuclear and full of weapons and people.
