Numerous Ron Paul Republicans have been elected to the NH House of Representatives, some of them members of the Free State Project. NH has one of the most accessible legislatures in the country if not the most accessible.
See an interview with Carol McGuire.
Note the "citizen activism" -- families, even women with babes in arms -- appear before the NH State Legislature, lobbying for Freedom.

If NH is so flippin cool,
Why are they a zero tolerance state? They will send you to prison for smoking a dried flower (any amount). Doesn't sound all that Libertarian to me.

The New England states, including New Hampshire, were colonized by the puritans. "Sin" crime laws are strict because of the cultural heritage, no doubt about it. The State of New Hampshire also has a monopoly on the sale of alcohol. That's a downside, but there are many wonderful things about New Hampshire if you look into it.
