TX CFL Coordinator Debra Medina files to run for Governor of Texas!!!

Dear Friends and Patriots,

We Have A Candidate! (If we make it happen. It is now up to us!) Last week Debra Medina filed for office and appointed a campaign treasurer. This is not a formal announcement, it is just the initial ground work to allow things to get started. Debra has certainly caught our vision of what it could mean to have a Governor of Texas who is committed to the people of Texas and committed to our Constitution. She is willing to take on this challenge, but she needs to know that indeed, this is the desire of the people.

If she is Governor of Texas, then secession will be on the table. If Texas leaves the Union, the Fed is done, over with, gone.

They have to be aware of that, she is in for the fight of her life.

Secession is an all-important issue right now.

As to the fate of the Fed, I think it's anybody's guess, but regarding the US itself--without Texas, it would sink to Third World nation status.

Rick Perry has made his support of executing mentally disabled convicts clear in the following article

It is cruel and unusual and therefore, unconstitutional, to put the mentally disabled in prison/jail in the first place. A brave sheriff in Utah county finally stood up for these guys recently and refused to imprison any more mentally disabled individuals. The courts are actually putting individuals with an over 50 IQ in jail,which is insanity itself. Deborah could win some serious votes by not only refusing to have these special people executed, but by refusing to imprison them in the first place and show proactiveness by finding alternate, positive solutions for these individuals and their families.

This is some of the best news I've heard in a year. Debra has worked here in Texas harder than anyone I've ever known for the cause of liberty. It's in her blood and in her heart. She worked tirelessly with our meetup groups and with the conventions. We will gladly return the favor.
