Florida Sovereignty Act
After catching George Noory's interview with Alex and several individual state congressmen, I wondered why Florida has not initiated a Florida Sovereignty Act. So - I sent the Florida representatives and senators an email asking why.
Now I ask my fellow patriots - has anyone heard anything about Florida getting on board reasserting the 9th and 10th amendments of the united states Constitution?
What I found real interesting in the interview - Representative Jim Guest of Missouri said Missourians take their money and through taxes send part of it to Washington DC. Washington DC then send a portion back to Missouri (of their own money) but now with strings attached. Mr. Guest said the upcoming seat belt law will be a real test. Missouri would receive $17 million from the fed if they keep their seat belt law. Mr. Guest said there are 6 million people in Missouri and that equates to about $ 3.00 per person and he says his freedom is worth more than $ 3.00 - Give him an applaud.
So what will Florida do?

Crist is a "populist"
I have very low if any hopes for his leadership. I expect he would veto such a resolution. That is when he finds the time. Between kissing Obummers butt and running Insurance Companies out of the State. You know, less competition always means lower prices right? I can't wait to see how he reforms property taxes....on second thought, I can.
$12B/18M Floridians=$666.666....
Enough said.
What is that?
And you are implying what?
The population is actually 18.090 million and divided into $12 Billion is actually $ 663.35.
So your point is what?

No point
Only an observation of Crist's obvious satisfaction with being on the best of terms with the new opposition party's administration granting an 18% subsidy to our state budget when the official deficit is only $2.2B or 3% of the current budget unlike CA or KS or AZ deficits. If there is a point it has the appearance that FL has lept to the front of the line in anticipation of very bad budget deficits coming especially when we have seen in past severe recessions throngs of the jobless will seek shelter in the sunshine. If you count SS/Medicare/WIC/VA and military&contractor payrolls an enormous portion of our economy is dependent on FED dollars. Why would he want to bite the hand that feeds his constituents & tax base. I anticipate FL will be one of the last to participate not because I don't want it to but basically because it's not the state my ancestors knew in their lifetimes.
