Missouri: Ground zero in the fight against Real ID
Dear friends, I come bearing good news.
Missouri State Representative Jim Guest, a noble statesman and patriot has been given his own committee regarding Real ID and personal privacy. Representative Guest has been a strong leader in the fight against Real ID. His bill, HB361 can be read here:

In short, it says that Missouri will have nothing to do with Real ID, biometric scanning, or the data basing and distribution of information collected by the department of revenue.
Last year this bill passed overwhelmingly on the Missouri house floor but was not brought up on the Senate floor before the end of season. As of now HB361 is still in committee; a vote will take place soon sending it to the house floor. There it should pass, sending it to the Senate and that is where the real fight will be.
If We the People are going to take back our country and restore our Republic to the original intent of our founding fathers, the states need to stand together in opposition to the federal government and the tyranny they spew forth. Patriots, I urge you to read HB361 and send a copy of this legislation on to your state rep and senator. Hopefully within each state there is at least one Representative that will file this or a similar bill. It is time to send the federal government a clear message, NO Real ID or anything of the sort.
Update: Today Jim Guest’s 10th amendment resolution was voted out of committee and will be brought up on the house floor soon. Also, Jim was on the Alex Jones show last week and the interview can be heard on YouTube at:

There are quite a few states that have opposed the REAL ID ACT. I believe Maine was the first.
Anyway here is a page with a map of states who have taken action against real ID, from legislation passing 1 hurdle, to states successfully banning the REAL ID's implementation. State's in white have done nothing. States in red have it banned:
