#1 Video of All Time on CNBC!

"By Sunday, it had been viewed nearly 1.7 million times, making it CNBC.com’s most popular video clip ever."

http://www.nytimes.com/2009/02/23/business/media/23cnbc.html

New York Times tries to knock him down with the above article titled "CNBC Replays Its Reporter’s Tirade" but with the facts given in their artilce, I think they only succeeded in helping the clip become more popular.

Ron Paul's Convention Speech

Baloney!

Why is this shyster only concerned about a mortgage bailout? Was he equally indignant when banking bailouts occurred? I doubt it.

How do you know?

Do you know his position on the banking bailouts? Then why are you falsely tarring him?

THIS SANTELLI GUY SURE IS SMARMY

I WONDER...

DID HE EVER GET THAT SMARMY WITH BUSH...

OR DOES HE THINK SINCE OBAMA IS BLACK HE CAN GET AWAY WITH IT...

PERILS OF KNOWLEDGE

This guy speaks out against idiocy in Washington and you decide to play the race card. Nice. Why are you here again?

I will be there

in July if it is scheduled. Chicago's innaguration will look like a small group of sheeple. This tea party will dwarf the size of the Obamanation.

Tell Congress to Block the Trader Tax
Sign the Petition : 10,274 Letters and Emails Sent So Far
On Friday, February 13, your colleague, U.S. Congressman Peter DeFazio, introduced H.R. 1068: “Let Wall Street Pay for Wall Street's Bailout Act of 2009”, which aims to impose a 0.25% transaction tax on the “sale and purchase of financial instruments such as stock, options, and futures.” Without a doubt, many Americans are appalled at the reckless behavior of large Wall Street companies, and the notion of making those who are responsible for putting the global financial system in jeopardy help repay taxpayers for bailing them out is certainly justifiable.

This is from "ABC NEWS ON LINE" Judge Rules to Unseal Spitzer Wiretap Documents
But the Names of his Fellow Emperor's Club Clients Remain Protected
By MADDY SAUER
February 19, 2009

A judge has ruled that documents detailing cell phone calls between the prostitution ring used by former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer and its clients should be unsealed, though the names of 67 apparent customers of the Emperor's Club will remain a secret.

New York State Gov. Eliot Spitzer makes a statement to reporters where he apologized to his family and the public after a report that he was involved in a prostitution ring during a news conference in New York. A judge has ruled that documents detailing cell phone calls between the prostitution ring used by former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer and its clients should be unsealed.

The New York Times in December 2008 sued to unseal the documents associated with the wiretaps and search warrants for the investigation and later entered into an agreement with the government allowing prosecutors to redact the names of Spitzer's fellow clients.

U.S. District Judge Jed S. Rakoff ruled today that the government should unseal the documents, but they were not immediately released as prosecutors can still appeal the ruling.

Spitzer resigned in March last year just 48 hours after it was revealed he paid for a prostitute, Ashlee Dupre, through the Emperors Club VIP prostitution service, where he was known as "Client #9".

Four of the operators of the Emperor's Club pleaded guilty to conspiracy and money laundering charges. No charges have been brought against any of the so-called Johns. WHY?

Earlier this month, the madam of a rival escort service came forward on ABC News 20/20 saying prosecutors showed little interest in pursuing any of the corporate titans on her client list. Kristin Davis pleaded guilty last year to charges of running a prostitution business and she provided ABC News with a copy of her client list which included Wall Street lawyers, investment bankers, CEOs, and media executives.

"Some of these guys, I was invoicing on corporate credits cards," she said. "I was writing up monthly bills for computer consulting, construction expenses, all of these things, I was invoicing them monthly so they could get it by their accountants."

A spokesperson said District Attorney Robert Morgenthau had "no comment" on the handling of Davis' case or her allegations.

SHARE Wall street lawyers, investment bankers, CEOs and media executives often used corporate credit cards to pay for $2,000 an hour prostitutes, according to the madam who ran one of New York's biggest and most expensive escort services until it was busted last year.

Brian Ross reports on the woman speaking out about the business of pleasure.

"They showed no interest," said Davis in an interview for broadcast Friday on the ABC News program 20/20.

"Some of these guys, I was invoicing on corporate credit cards," she said. "I was writing up monthly bills for computer consulting, construction expenses, all of these things, I was invoicing them monthly so they could get it by their accountants," Davis said.

A spokesperson said district attorney Robert Morgenthau had "no comment" on the handling of Davis' case or her allegations.

Davis provided ABC News with a print-out of her computerized client list, the same one she says that was offered to the district attorney.

The document shows Davis kept meticulous notes about her clients, their credit card numbers and mobile phone numbers.

Is there no justice in america? Why are taxpayers paying money into these banks and shouldn't the bankers referenced in this news artical be titled "prosbankstitutes and inditable" ?

Hold on!

No one finds it suspicious this guy calls out BS mortgages and not the entire system? THEY ARE TRYING TO DIVIDE US!. Get real. You think this tool was allowed to go international without the OK from the owners of this station. THEY WANT A CLASS WAR. Same shit the CIA pulls in other countries. Americans are losing their homes NOW because the economy is shrinking. BS mortgages are old news and most of those folks have lost their homes. It's time to wake up. Do not let them divide us.

I am skeptical of anything I hear on in the media...

Sounds great at first. On the surface he is saying the right things but it did seem a little contrived to me too. Before I pass judgement I'd like to hear him elaborate. Is he just outraged at the idea of paying the neighbor's mortgage or does he have a problem with propping up bad business models too?

The topic at hand was the home mortgage bailout. Bailing out the irresponsible, either they be big banks or homeowners, is an act Santelli does not agree with.

Thanks- I take it back.

I never heard of him until today.

Take a look around

The concept of a class war is being floated around. THIS IS A DIVERSION. Most of the bad mortgages are coming to an end. Now we are seeing normal Americans losing their homes from unemployment and a shrinking economy. This guy is a little late. The entire system is to blame. Lets see a trader with some real balls annouce that.

Late regarding what?

If you bothered looking at what I referenced earlier, you'd see that Santelli agrees with you. Unless, you have some other motive for talking about how bad "the system" is. If our economic system is a large ship headed towards an iceberg, the Fed is guiding the boat. Santelli has expressed that in enough ways over the past couple of years.
