This bill would make only gold and silver legal tender in the state of Georgia pursuant to Article I, Section 10 of the US Constitution...

I don't want to just tax these banksters, I want to see their 1913 charter ended and their assets confiscated and distributed equally amongst the 50 States. That should put us immediately into a 'surplus'!!!!!
I want to see them arrested and prosecuted on RICO charges, extortion, bribery/blackmail of elected officials, cooking the books, mass murder, treason, corruption of education, corruption of minors, and attempting to take over our country!!!!!
I would like to see a NEW charter enacted that makes each several sovereign States become the locations of State Monetary Reserves where 'the people' are the beneficiaries and 'the books' are completely transparent and each citizen gets one vote to decide who the board of directors will be.
I want to see Congress by-passed as far as WAR and SPENDING is concerned. That ought to be with each State with a 2/3 vote of States to pass any spending and any use of military.
