from day one. His district is very large in mostly rural areas.
He has become Santa for the north woods of Wisconsin, with all of the needless road paving projects. Absolutely the best roads in the country

I'm so sick of the rhetoric and analogies that are completely irrelevant to the problem. I'm sick of officials presenting this as the only option. And the worst part is the American public buys it hook line and sinker.
