How to fight for sovereignty, and how not to
I have been up to my eyeballs in the sovereignty thing, and have finally asked a sympathetic attorney to review my findings. I will let you know what they say, it will probably be several days. So far, here is the good news and bad news:
Teamlaw.org appears to be "the most" right about our situation. There is really nothing to be gained by any of our political wrangling, for a variety of reasons. 1. The entire Constitution has been suspended since the Civil War, 2. The "War Powers Act" has been in power instead of the Constitution 3. The Constitution does not GIVE you ANYTHING - ii RESTRAINS the government from TAKING from you
Those seem the most important factors to me. So, we still need to stay in the GOP, fight the political battles, but understand that we must NEVER "assault" them directly, we must only defend ourselves. "They" are a corporation that has usurped the power of our government, if we "attack" them, they can then defend themselves and by defeating the sovereign individuals of this nation they can GAIN legitimacy for their corporatized government.
DECLARE YOURSELF SOVEREIGN. ALL this effort at state sovereignty is fine, but we really, really need to understand that all we will do is move the corruption to our state government if we do not strike at the ROOT of the problem. To review: The ACTUAL problem here is based on the Rothschild (et al) bankster cartel, as they pursue a Zionist agenda for global domination.
When you are ready to STOP asking "the government" for help and start asking neighbors, when you are ready to go OFFER to help your neighbor rather than condemn them for being unable to make a house payment, or afford healthcare, or or buy groceries this month, when you are ready to accept FULL responsibility for YOUR "life, liberty and the pursuit of" ANYTHING, then you are ready to be free.
Why Not Direct Sovereignty Claims At The State, Not The Fed?
I love the sentiment of the states telling the federal governemtn to leave us alone. However, as a practical matter it makes more sense to me that each state should pass a law forbidding local and state police from enforcing federal law.
My understanding is that nearly all federal laws are enforced by local police.
If we direct our energy towards limiting our own states, it would have the same effect as enforcing the 10th amendment -- am I correct or am I missing something here?

I started off with a NH style resolution, and it is just exploding in my mind. It really starts with the INDIVIDUAL. When they CHOOSE, they may form alliances for the common defense of benefit of those in the alliance. But all governance is granted through the CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED.
Why is this so important? We have a legal precedent in their unlawful court system! Medical consent can be withdrawn at any time.
At this point, I am hoping to develop a global day of "Declaration of Individual Sovereignty" but want a really strong platform to launch it from. Keep thinking about this, and email me any more ideas, please!

I learn so much from you. Thank you for this, but is it ok to declare ourselves sovereign? I know a while back people were talking about it but I guess I don't quite understand it or maybe I'm afraid to do it.

I am putting together an entire package for the ultimate "liberate yourself" concept. The "Declaration of Individual Sovereignty" will be the centerpiece, but there will be a few other things to try to give it teeth and to offer legal protection against the usurpers. It is not for the feint of heart, some of us will undoubtedly wind up in jail. The BEST defense is to get a coordinate, massive, global "declaration day" but I cannot even get most of the folks on the DP to give this the attention it deserves. So, if a few will "blaze the trial" perhaps they can get others to follow later.
I DO understand that some folks are in a better position to take the "front line" than others.

I'm ready! And, although you know I have been vocal on the
personal sovereignity issue, I have come to believe that the elite and their ilk know how to declare their personal soveriegnity in a manner that effectively absolves them from the law. I think it is not only possible, but being done somewhere for a very very very high fee.

Some of these folks have been found guilty in internatinal court, and they still serve in "our" government. That ain't right!
