Kevin Martin of the Southern California Weather Authority seems to be taking no guff off of our government. Read this letter on his site, then look around the site and go to the "three days in advance chemtrail alert" page. This page is not easy to find on the homepage so I am giving the url for it:
I am going to try to find out how this is happening. Three days in advance!! Hmmm. Where is that information coming from? Seems to be a breakthrough to me.
Also yesterday's post here about Washington being guinea pigs is also a breakthrough since the authorities are telling Washington and surrounding areas that they are going to be experimenting on "the people." Far as I know, this is the first time anyone has been warned, except maybe the army in other countries in times of war.

Try that for starters. Wherever you are, just go look into your skies and ask yourself if it looks natural. Keep doing that for about four days and before you know it, you will be caught up with others who have been noticing and reporting this for ten years. Our Navy, Air Force, UN are spraying chemicals into our atmosphere for many different purposes connected with HAARP, ELF, GWEN, experimentation, weather control, pesticide, fungicide, etc. It is all secret and the people have not been informed. But now, yesterday I posted that Washington state is telling the population that they will be used as guinea pigs along with surrounding states. First I have heard of the people being informed. Then today, I received this 3 day forecast in my email and was shocked. Sorry to be the bearer of such bad news, it is very upsetting.

Sort of wondering why Martin's
methods of forecasting are so secret. Unless it's all based on the tips from his military guy in Texas. If they want the info. out, why not publish anonymously so as many people as possible can spread the info?
Or is it just a money thing? Puzzles me.

This is K. Martin from SCWXA, the page you put on and the office number you called. The phones are acting funny up here. I seemingly think they are being tapped.
The way I do these is half known, half secret.
The known I can honestly tell you is that they spray with weather conditions for maximum effect. I do know the patterns in which these take and when they want to spray.
The secret part is the other person I have working with me from Texas which wants to remain anon. He gets information being he is pretty high up in the military there.
All and all they spray when the weather conditions are right.
The other article you wrote is about me not giving into NOAA> NOAA believes they are the official weather source but in this section of Southern California they are terrible, so do not deserve being called official. We are over-throwing NOAA's NWS in Southern California and the organization forecasting will take over. It already has for many people. We've received many letters of threats from NOAA from our videos and commercials on this site...

I will not back down, and will exercise freedom of speech, and to write laws without scare tactics from those people. The only way I will back down is by an OFFICIAL higher p supreme court etc letter in the judicial branch to remove the videos of NWS on fire, blowing up, or getting hit by meteors, which is going in a commercial soon and why they are up.

for responding on DP. I don't know how you figured out that I posted here so quickly. You must have friends in "high places" (here at DP) or you frequent this site. I picked up on your 3 day forcast from the yahoo group. I was shocked to see it. I am so glad someone has the integrity to step out of the "governmental box" and report the chemtrail activity to someone who can get the word out. I hope more information will be forthcoming and maybe it will with the townhall type meetings on the subject up in Washington.

Chemtrails...
In 6 months, there has been NO trails over my house and just this past weekend, the entire sky was almost covered with artificial cloud cover of chemtrails.
Today, all back to blue sky, not a chemtrail in sight.. jets pass over my house all the time too...
