Is Youtube Censoring The Classic Ron Paul "What If" Video?

there are only a couple of videos that are still working to watch the
historic Ron Paul "What If" speech. The majority have been removed ... any ideas or suggestions?

Maybe we need to get everyone to go to LIVE LEAK or somewhere else. You Tube has been censoring for a while now.
