....medical care needed due to smoking related disease. Now the prisoners live a lot longer, and end up costing more in the long run to house due to their extended lives.

Can't we have a nationwide Huckabee ban?

Um.... didn't things go really bad when the government banned alcohol???

I do not believe there will be any widespread total ban on smoking in the U.S. That alone could be the tipping point towards revolt.

If he wants to save the medical industrial complex some money (and you KNOW he does, because they probably give him stuff, or something) then he should encourage everyone to smoke like chimeneys and drink like fishes, because those people die off faster and save the rest of us big bucks!!!

Ok, I smoke but not in public places. And so smoke ban is not a problem for me. Smoking makes our teeth look yucky and our health so bad. I guess banning smoking is a good thing for me I don't know with others.
