Rob Kampia, executive director of MPP, is interviewed by Glenn Beck about the California bill introduced by Assemblyman Tom Ammiano to tax and regulate marijuana like alcohol.
Marijuana arrests: 872,000 a year (according to the FBI)
Beck also claims to be a libertarian in this interview. (With which I disagree, but it's good that he endorses the philosophy.)

Beck acted like a complete @ssh*le in this interview. Rather than laying things out in a logical, tactful way he was very combative towards his guest. Notice how he stresses the whole I'm a Libertarian bullsh*t. I would expect to see more Bob Barr/former neo-con/socialist infilitrators within the Libertarian Party.

glenn seems to be on the verge of figuring out what freedom truly means. i hate it when wanna be libertarians claim to be libertarian though.
Joe Scarborough, bill o, Chris Matthews, hannity and Dennis miller have all claimed to be libertarian at some point.

Bill Maher to that list! He wants to legalize pot but is for Big Government. It seems to be fashionable to call yourself 'libertarian'. You'll never see them be a 'Libertarian'.
