I know a realtor in Temecula (near a couple huge Indian casinos) that is doing quite well marketing distressed/foreclosed homes! Given car-ride accessibility (rather than tour bus) to Pechanga and Pala Casinos, combined with depressed housing prices, it's no wonder they all flock to this part of SoCal to buy!

heck, they seem more optimistic than I do. We can't get mad at these people they are people looking for a bargain. It is risky because what if the gov. confiscates property like they do in China.
