Umm... We're still in early 2008. It's ridiculous to start casting votes 4 years early. I was revolted by the year-long campaign from this last election. There is no way I'm going to get suckered into following this horse race for 4 years straight.

My republican caucus took place at a grade school, and there were four precincts present. Ron Paul won the straw poll in my precinct (I'm so proud of that!), but the people running the show wanted to add up the results of all four precincts and announce the results. Mitt Romney was the clear frontrunner among the four precincts, Ron Paul came in second and John McCain was behind Ron Paul (how cool is that?) while poor ol' Mike Huckabee only gathered four votes in a crowd of ninety or so (lots of people came to these caucuses).

Anyway, the bottom line is Romney is big in Colorado, which is why he spoke at our state convention (terribly boring speech) and campaigned with McCain here later in the race.

Perhaps Romney...
