Partinsanship is a big enemy of freedom and Ron Paul should avoid it at all cost. Paul wonders why republicans are born again fiscal conservatives? Is easy: they just supported their party´s president, even if he was a big spender warmonger. Partinsanship is a cancer of democracy. Ideas and principles are the cure.

RON PAUL in 2012...
At the rate we're going, he should be able to WALTZ into the white House.
—
"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."
-Ron Paul
Finally mad enough to do something about federal corruption? Ready to kick some corrupt butt?
Ever since Lincoln's war, the Money Masters have used the central government to keep Americans terrorised and fighting one another while they skim your checks. You need a smarter strategy.
OFFENSE: this Independence Day in up to 535 communities, We the People are rolling out the America Again! project to start enforcing the Constitution for the first time in history. See the Declaration here: http://www.america-again.blogspot.com
Host your own America Again! rally instead of complaining and wondering what America's going to look like in five years. It's up to US -- the self-governing citizens of these sovereign States -- to determine that, with God's help.
This time, WE divide and conquer. Send a link to everyone you know who gives a damn about America.
It begins this Independence Day.

The tombstone of a civilisation is laid at precisely that point where truth is no longer defended, because it cannot be known.
.
In the last few seconds of the interview, Ron Paul was asked if he would run in 2012 and his reply was that he didn't know what the country would be like at that point. He is dead-on right.
We will have a completely different world in 3 1/2 years, so to speculate about what Ron Paul - or any of us - might do then is to make a very false assumption: that the world will stay stable enough for an election to take place.
.
During the 2008 campaign season, RP was preceived by most of the MSM as a flaky old man with far out ideas. Every chance the media and the RNC got they would snicker and shake heads in an attempt to demean him.
But now
from the interviews I've been seeing, they are starting to preceive him as a "sane" voice with a message that they are now willing to hear. RP is starting to get the respect he deserves.
Campaign for Liberty is now seen as a force that is growing.
We must not stop. We must be patient. We must persevere.
WHY repay at all? It is a secret who gets the money, a secret how much they get. Who will ever know the significance of a bank repaying a billion dollars since it may just obtain another secret billion from the 'back door bailout' ? What does a billion repayment mean?? TARP or TRAP?

Umm, so he now opposes the two wars and wants the Patriot Act repealed?

Listen to the ENTIRE interview. RP does not, in any way, support Rush. This is because Rush was a Bush supporter, would not bring troops home, would not allow free markets, and other things.

They HATE focusing on his message. They would MUCH rather talk about the man or, better yet, the horse race so they can marginalize him. (They know that many people get tired of endless campaigning and don't trust a "candidate" no matter how honest or principled he is.)
Keep putting them off Dr. Paul!
Keep talking about the message!
And so will we!

all of these interviews are just being saved in case he does run again, so they can attempt to twist all of his quotes and misinterpret them if he runs again. I trust none of these bastards.
on how many times RP gets asked "if he is going to run in 2012" over the next 18 months?
I would put the number at about 3 MSM interviews per week for the next 78 weeks equals 234 interviews. And he will be asked the question about 85% of the time in an interview yielding an over/under of:
-------
The Fed is not a private bank. PRIVATIZE THE FED!!!
"The Federal Reserve Banks should simply be regarded as governmental agencies." -Murray Rothbard
"I now call the Federal Reserve the fourth branch of government." -Ron Paul
I am glad that Ron Paul is continuing with his message and that more people are starting to listen. I am opening my blog The Political Coffeehouse to other writers and welcome all Ron Paul supporters and fellow Libertarians.
But, give Rush credit, he's calling out the Obama tribe for what they are doing, trying to re-invent the government as one stop nanny state by spending blank checks that just voted for their own agenda. If Rush (and his cohort radio heads) would have come out and tried to help Ron Paul, instead of dishing on him as being unwinnable, we might have a different picture. And as far as true conservatism goes, Rush, like his radio pals, are still big on fighting wars all over the globe. They buy into this terrorism lie right on cue. You can't take care of your business at home while you are globe trotting around poking your gun barrel in everybody's face. But we know that's all about the neocon military industrial/ Mideast/Oil pact we're so dedicated. Lost a billion dollars in cash in Iraq? Give me a break! We didn't "lose" it.
I love how Ron Paul consistently changes the course of the interview by purposefully avoiding the traps and sticking to the issues. They wanted him to come on board behind Rush Limbaugh, but he wouldn't take the bait. It is funny how they say that Rush Limbaugh made a big splash, but it was Ron Paul who placed third (according to them) in a poll in which Rush Limbaugh was not even mentioned. Since when were people looking to Rush as the "leader" of the Republican party?
Ron Paul is right about Rush Limbaugh. His rhetoric is very divisive which is why I can no longer stomach his broadcasts. I still believe that Ron Paul was the only Republican candidate who had a chance to beat Obama because his ideas actually unite people, and the integrity of his positions reveal the horrendous flaws in Obama's projected image.
We must not allow ourselves to get drawn back into partisan politics. This has nothing to do with the Republican vs Democrat debate. They are both the same, and the current party leaders are enemies of freedom and the Constitution. We need to look for deep and lasting changes to reform our nation and restore our estimation of truth, justice, and freedom.
you can come up with some sort of conspiratorial ulterior motive behind asking it.

I seem to recall all of us getting RP ahead in that poll that someone had posted here, yet they said in this segment that Romney won the poll and RP tied for 3rd.
What about
What about Ron Paul and Rush Limbaugh? Paul/Limbaugh - :)

It's a legit question. Ron has said that he has no plans to run. He also said that he didn't even know what the world would be like in 2012.
Consider, friends.
In 2012, we will have a very different world. To make plans now would be optimistic, yes, but not very realistic.
OK, so if he keeps getting asked, he keeps saying he has no plans to run. Let RP say whatever he likes without trying to nail him down.
Until he gives a straight answer,
yes or no, it's going to go on.
