and yet we keep it going, in fact it is hard to even talk with someone about it. I think the cigarette taxes are cruel myself, let's face it, it is a simple pleasure that poor people can enjoy. not everybody's elevator goes to the 10th floor, some people are just going to work and suffer most of thier lives, taking these things from them is cruel.
if they are not a threat to the peace or acting a fool, give them a ride home and forget about it.
this might seem radical, but look where the other policy has gotton us........
