Thanks for this. I will have to adopt her as my new grandma. My grandma died a few weeks ago at 97. She had a great life. She cooked everything in lard and grew most of her food and even made moonshine & soap back in the day. I am so glad I got all the stories about the depression from her. She taught me how to garden, can, and so many things about food preservation.
I will watch these videos and think fondly of my own grandma.

I like this lady
She reminds me of my grandmother (and that's a good thing). Down to earth and grateful, does the simple things with deliberation and does them well. Gets me back in touch with that 'soul center' of what I was raised to see as important.
