This used to be a site that debated the time honored principal of free markets, individual responsibility, and life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Hippies and entrepreneurs. Housewives and scientists. Statesmen and Shamans.

When I visit the Daily Paul
I peruse the "active topics," and do the same as I do with a newspaper. If it doesn't interest me, I skip it. If it does, I read it. If I don't like the newspaper, (such as a tabloid rag), I don't even bother to pick it up.
I have no desire to deprive others who wish to discuss issues of no interest to me.

We're pretty much 100% user content driven.
At the moment, there's a lot of wild conspiracy theory---but the reason for that is because the government, and its lapdog imperial media, have zero credibility. People do not trust authority, therefore, they see a conspiracy under every rock.
At the moment there's also a lot of survivalism, but the reason for that is because we are standing on the brink of an economic abyss, and survivalism is a logical response.
There would be more politics on this site if Ron Paul was still running for President, but he's not, and he has no heir apparent to pass the torch to, who possesses the Right Stuff in combination with a political resume.

Seems the site has lost the message of Ron Paul and worrying about ecomony and big government and the Iraq war and his many other messages when it gets buried under 9/11, chem trails, vaccine stories, zionist blaming, NWO martial law takeovers, fluoride, and every other conspiracy out there. Between all the white power and neo-nazi groups latching on to Ron Paul, and then all the tin-foil hat wearing crowd who are afraid of their own shadow and just sit in their houses with their canned goods, its no wonder he didn't have a chance. Every fringe wacko group in the country latched on to him when he was running, and I think that really hurt him. When 3/4 of the white supremist groups in the country backed Ron Paul and endorsed him, and Ron Paul never made a statement saying, hey I'm not endorsed by these nuts, it had the impression he was will them to a lot of people.
To me the basic message of Ron Paul was the government is too big, shouldn't be involved in wars all over the world, the economic system needs to revamped, lobbying needs to be killed off, no more war on drugs, give some people back some rights, etc. Thats a far stretch from the government is poisoning us with chemtrails and water and vaccines and killed everyone in 9/11 and are going to herd us off the FEMA camps and kill us all off because the evil Morlec worshipping NWO jews want it so and have been working on this plan for hundreds of years to kill most of us off and then they can live forever because of their secret technology.
Two way different messages that are being blurred together and making Ron Paul seem like he really endorses all the fringe groups out there.

There is a lot happening in the world these days , a lot of corruption and yes a lot of conspiracy. I prefer the term coincidence when referring to 911. This avian bird flu issue is being reported on mainstream all over the world except in the USS of A . Doesn't that make you wonder. I heard them talking about it although briefly on CBC last night. The Economy has always been more of a daily paul staple and since Dr Paul isn't running any more the elelction issues and constitutional things have taken a somewhat back seat to other things.
So there is usually about 20 things being discussed at one time. If you want to talk about something besides what's wrong with this forum that would be great.

Seek out the threads you like or start a new one. People want to talk about what they want to talk about. I don't agree with several topics, but then I think of a site like GOPUSA that kicked me off because I said the word "neoconservative"! So, this is kind of a safe haven to speak freely.
Just ignore the thread if it irritates you. If you are worried about other people seeing the thread, go on there and argue your side.

Any person who has realistically, considered the evidence and the hundreds of coincidences that took place on 911 and still defend the government, the corporate media and it's official story has a block of some kind which puts in question their capacity for critical thinking. I have many doubts about the commission's report ....
and I consider myself a truther ...
I simply think that controlled demolition is highly improbable, to the point that I consider it impossible.
