Proposal: Cut Congress out. A small group of not-elected people can start a war without Congress and Congress can come in after the fact and try to undo what the handful of select people did, under threat of veto by the President.

Translation: In a dictatorship a Congress is irrelevant. It is simply dissolved if it stridently disagrees with the president. This proposal is intended to make Congress essentially irrelevant. I, Mr. Baker, expect and demand that Congress believe and accept that it is utterly impotent under the Constitution of the United States "to do anything about it"

Naming these parks, institutes, airports after criminals gives their names credibility. I'm ashamed of the construction board at Rice for allowing this to happen. These annotations were written back in 1964. Much has changed since 1964. Sadly, the changes are not in favor of personal liberty and the Executive is now a Dictatorship, cloaked in a romantic title called "President".

In short, (the research on this subject takes years of diligent reading dating back to George Washington) you are living in a country that has been conquered. Personal Liberty exists only by approval and grace of the executive. Your rights are gone and have been transformed into privileges that can be suspended or revoked at the whim of one man.

If you read Yick Wo v. Hopkins, you will find there is a discrepancy between the little known fact that we live under a state of national emergency and the Supreme Court decision that your rights are unalienable.

The sad fact is most all Attorneys know this, but take silent judicial notice. They want you to believe you are free.
