CNBC's Kudlow Supports Liberty Dollar; NPR Mocks Feds

This comes via our friends at Le Metropole Cafe

Dear Friend of GATA and Gold:

Liberty Dollar's Bernard von NotHaus got 5 1/2 minutes on CNBC's "Kudlow & Co." program tonight and ended up with the support of host Lawrence Kudlow, who asserted that people should be free to choose their currency. It was great publicity for the cause of private ownership of and trade in the monetary metals, and you can watch it at the CNBC Internet site here.

Also today National Public Radio's "Bryant Park Project" program spent 7 1/2 minutes on the Liberty Dollar controversy, including an interview with GATA's friend, the economist Walker Todd, a former counsel to the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland who lately has been assisting the Committee for Monetary Research and Education and the American Institute for Economic Research. The NPR program's hosts mocked the federal government's concern about the Liberty Dollar and other alternative currencies, and one of the hosts wondered aloud whether the government has copyrighted the shape of its coins -- round. You can listen to the program here.

Von NotHaus also was to have appeared on tonight's Glenn Beck program on CNN. Video from that doesn't seem to have been posted yet.

I'm collecting some of these clips, here is CNBC's Rick Santelli reporting a roar of "Ron Paul!" chants in the trading pits of Chicago as Paul blasts Bernanke about the dollar (November 9th, 2007):

How did you download video from cnbc site?

I've tried with SDP, Orbit and couldn't download it..

Don't be fooled. Kudlow

Don't be fooled. Kudlow does not support Liberty Dollar. He interjects lots of snide comments during the interview. Regardless, it's exposure. The Liberty Dollar organization is far from perfect, but it is a good start.

Neal Boortz

was talking about it yesterday too. I think he is going to research further, but he was taking a dim view of the Fed's confiscation.

Coining Money

Congress was hired to "COIN MONEY". Why arn't they doing this..?

If Congress is a public servant, they should be treated in the same way you would treat your private servant or employee. They should be fired for deriliction of duty.

The states were required by the Constitution to accept nothing but GOLD OR SILVER COINS a tender for debts.

The coinage act of 1792 prescribed death as the penalty for those caught debasing the currency.

THE REAL PROBLEM is... Congress not wishing to be subject to the Consitution or the rule of law... withdrew the Common law courts of LAW AND EQUITY. A legal system which had a near thousand year history and what Joseph Story called in his COMMENTARIES ON THE CONSTITUTION (1836), a legal system that Americans held as "THEIR INHERITANCE AND BIRTHRIGHT".

Congress set up administrative courts which have no JUDICIAL POWER... as they are not organized according to the rules of LAW OR EQUITY.

SO... how did they get away with organizing court which lacked JUDICIAL POWER you ask? The relyed on the ignorance of an entire generation. The general public does not understand the difference between a COUNSELER AT LAW and a mere ATTORNEY at law, the TWO branches of the legal profession, which have COMPLETELY different functions.

If you give someone your power of attorney... they do not need to take you to court... you can sell anything they own... and excersise any right in which the grantor once enjoyed without a court of LAW OR EQUITY being involved in the transaction.

The courts today are merely excersising your power of attorney not judicial power. They pretend to be courts of LAW... until put in a corner and then all bets are off. They pretty much make it up as they go.

If the people dusted off the Constitution and demanded Counsel as guaranteed by the 6th amendment ot the Consitution and an element of trial by jury in a "real" court of law... the current courts would implode. The Counselors first duty would be to qualify the court.. make sure that the Court is "Complete". That the Judge has a valid Commission, oath of officer pursuant to the requirements of the Consitution and require that the proceedings are "AFTER THE COURSE OF THE COMMON LAW."

Since COUNSEL is an element of trial by jury... the COUNSELOR could vacate the proceedings and deny the court of jurisdiction, if the court failed to fufill the requirements of a true court of law. The fact that everyone has waived counsel for the last 60 plus years has nothing to do with YOUR right to demand the Constitutions guarantee.

What is the difference between Counselors and Attorneys?
Counselors can not bind you to the decisions of an non-Consitutional court for one. SInce there is no direct relationship between Justice and Money... they can only work for gratuities and they offer justice without price. They are a part of a noble class, to which money is defered to their love of justice. (Is there anyone out there which would accuse an attorney of being a part of a noble class?).

Attorneys are for profit. They represent others in thier business affairs and can bind thier clients to the extent of the power of attorney given. They meet NONE of the requirements of the Counsel as guaranteed by the 6th amendment.

See Giles Jacobs law Dictionary (1811) contemporary with the US constitution. ATTORNEYS: In criminal cases ATTORNEYS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.

THey are however admitted in QUASI-JUDICIAL proceedings which are voluntarily submitted to. Attorneys can volunteer you and make an appearance in a court that would never pass a constitutional test. Courts that proceed absent the jurisdictional requirement of a corpus delecti or damaged party for one.

A neet trick the non-consititutional courts use.. since they NEED your power of attorney as they are not excersising judicial

THey give you a choice to give power of attorney to one of their bar attorneys or... you can become your own attorney and "represent" yourself... (attorneys are the only ones that REPRESENT. Counselors do not REPRESENT... and if you are present and in your PROPER PERSON... you do not REPRESENT are the real deal... your body is before the court. The court in taking you to a "REPRESENTATION HEARING"... they are trying to qualify you as competent to be admited to the bar as one of their attorneys to represent "yourself" a legal fiction or corporate version of yourself. Since it is all based upon fiction... corporations are paper, paper cannot speak... they must be "represented" and someone must speak on behalf of the paper.... in your case YOU.

The trick is... jurisdiction CANNOT be challenged by attorney and they have admitted you.

I am going to end this...but there are some jewels here for someone that knows how to use this. j

For the spiritually minded. The difference between a Counselor at LAW and an ATTORNEY at law is of equal distance between Jesus and Satan.

One wants to plead your cause and guide you home... the other has no authority other than what you give to him.

I suggest appearing with Counsel is equally important on earth as it is in heaven.

any questions?

Tax Bomb ...... BOOM!

Time to focus on ADDING to our number$$$.

If you have a few minutes please cut and paste the email below. Send it to restaurants in New Hampshire, Iowa and South Carolina. Later we can do other states. Use through your local library homepage or Google the phone numbers.

It's very simple. Just call and say "I'm a volunteer and there is a bill before Congress that would make gratutities tax free. We need to mobilze the servers to contact their Congressmen to get this bill passed. Congress won't do it unless we tell them to. I just need an email address to send all the information to you. It will link you right to your Congressman and you can just send them an email. What email address do you want me to send it to? Thanks!"

The response has been explosive! It's fun, easy and fast.

This is the package:

Subject: Tax Free Tips Act - Keep The Tips!

As promised, here is the information we need to distribute so we can get Congress to pass the TAX FREE TIPS ACT.
We need to mobilze the millions of service workers across America. The politicians in Washington are not going to pass this unless we speak up. They'd rather keep that money for their pet projects and special interests. This will only take you two minutes.

1. Read the Introduction
2. Print out and post these flyers
3. Email/call your Congressman
4. Forward this email to all of your contacts.

Together we will put billions of dollars into the hands of the service workers of America.

Thank You!

Video won't load

I could not load the video, but I did see BVN on Glenn Beck and I could hear the audio. I sort of resent they said it's counterfeit!

Great clip!

I love this clip. I wish I could hear the other people's views.

Turn U.S. dollars into Ron Paul dollars

Since the Feds have declared war on the Ron Paul dollar, maybe Ron Paul supporters should declare war on the U.S. dollar. Wouldn't it be great if every Ron Paul supporter desecrated the U.S. currency by writing on Federal Reserve notes? What a wonderfully subversive way to get Ron Paul's message into the hands of the masses and express our contempt at the government's rapidly-depreciating fiat money.

Glenn Beck

It was very good with only a brief mention of Ron to ascertain that he nor anyone else has done anything wrong.

And here's Glenn Beck...

For those, like me, who missed it live:

The Philosophy Of Liberty -

Beck has licked his finger and stuck it...

...into the air... the political wind is moving with RON PAUL and will soon be a gale!... I don't trust Beck any further than I can throw Rush Limbaugh!

"The only foundation of a free Constitution is pure Virtue,
and if this cannot be inspired into our People ... they may
change their Rulers and the forms of Government, but they
will not obtain a lasting liberty." --John Adams, June 1776

This was another great clip. Thanks for sharing.

Is it me or is Ron Paul being mentioned so much that we take it for granted that we don't share all the vids? This is not a bad thing. It means that he is being mentioned so much we can't keep up with it!

For example, I heard he was mentioned last week on hardball (a coworker told me) and I kept looking for the video but couldn't find it. I have to start watching these news stations now even though it makes me mad when I don't hear them talk about Ron.
