End the war on drugs around the entire globe.
The youth are in revolt. Iranian women kiss non married Iranian men in public occuring more often.
Just the thing is, it's the same tyranny everywhere, and the war on drugs is another, and the locals know it.
However, on a personal note, I've always maintained a professional respect for an officer because they may have had a bad day, and they can hit you too. It can be a tough job, but just think the Fifth Amendment about(not )being a witness against yourself, and think before you speak.
It helps to have your act together anyway while your out and about.
Cops aren't your play thing, or a people you should vent at.
A rally or protest is different than being detained by an officer.
And never forget, “Humans, despite our artistic pretensions, our sophistication and many accomplishments, owe the fact of our existence to a six-inch layer of topsoil and the fact that it rains.”
My younger brother is a police officer in Sioux Falls.
Once in a while he mentions a weisenheimer [usually younger] cop he works with doing really asinine things; acting like a big shot (e.g. acting like every civilian’s boss). Garbage like that work in the favor of upstarts in the short run, but it always catches up with them. Sometimes those dingbats pay awfully high prices.
As far as just not volunteering information to a policeman…pretty good advice. You never know what might happen.
