Mexican cartels infiltrate Houston

Texas appears to be a hotbed right now and the word has come down that Martial Law will be imposed in Texas soon (within 19 days). The news reported to me was the fed said they can shut America down in 20 minutes and all major cities will be shut down if that happens. My source has been reliable in the past and we will see if this happens over the next 19 days. One troubling point is VP Biden's comments about after a few months in office, Barry Bambam would be tried as never before.
