That was awesome - thanks for posting Michael. I like Peter
Schiff's explanations and consistency, like Dr. Paul.

How to choose a bail out leader
Three contractors are bidding to fix a broken fence at the White House. One is from Chicago, another is from Tennessee, and the third is from Minnesota.
All three go with a White House official to examine the fence. The Minnesota contractor takes out a tape measure and does some measuring, then works some figures with a pencil. "Well," he says, "I figure the job will run about $900: $400 for materials, $400 for my crew and $100 profit
for me."
The Tennessee contractor also does some measuring and figuring, then says, "I can do this job for $700: $300 for materials, $300 for my crew and $100 profit for me."
The Chicago contractor doesn't measure or figure, but leans over to the White House official and whispers, "$2,700."
The official, incredulous, says, "You didn't even assure me like the other guys! How did you come up with such a high figure?"
The Chicago contractor whispers back, "$1000 for me, $1000 for you, and we hire the guy from Tennessee to fix the fence."
"Done!" replies the government official.
And that, my friends, is how the new stimulus plan will work.

Please Email Kudlow
And remind him that the United States of America ISNOT a "Democracy" and IS a "REPUBLIC". We must also remind Mr. Kudlow that we have indeed become a "Socialist" nation b/c people like himself donot know their U.S. Constitution and the Freedoms that it provides to the United States Citizens. Oh, how tired is the argument that We The Peoples U.S.A. ISNOT a "Democracy" ! Let us once again educate Mr. Kudlow and CNBC...geezzzz!!
Not true
The constitution doesn't "provide" or "grant" anything. The constitution ACKNOWLEDGES the truths that are SELF EVIDENT. It acknowledges the natural law. If it "granted" freedoms it would mean the government could take away them away. They can't.
Thanks Michael

with Laffer again?
"Laugher". The guy is a hack.
Laffer had his faulty
Laffer had his faulty moments, but he recognized that and he's doing what Schiff is doing right now. So I think people should give him a break. As Mr. Schiff said on his weekly radio that Laffer perhaps put his party before his own beliefs durring the Bush years, and that sure gave him no credit for what he is saying right now. Nonetheless, Laffer is for sound money now, so I think he deserves another chance. And that's good, because we need more of libertarians on TV nowaday, and another one like Laffer wouldn't hurt.
Peter Schiff?
I respect Peter Schiff but I really can't see where all this "Schiff2010" stuff comes from.
As a Treasury Secretary sure, but that's about it.
Thanks for the vid though. I can't stand Kudlow because he's of the loudmouthicus interruptus species, but I'll always watch a Peter Schiff video.
from what i can tell
I don't think Peter can tell where all that hype iscoming from either. I don't think he is remotely interested..
I
doubt that schiff is seriously entertaining the idea to run; hopefully we will be able to convince him otherwise. he has a great job right now where he makes millions (i assume).
plus he still makes plenty of tv appereances, releases a weekly radio show, commentary, and video commentary. he is still playing a large part of this revolution, in my opinion.
we can still hope that he runs, but he would probably have to make some sacrifices.
schiff
i can say that i'd like "more of us" ron paul people in every part of the govt. we need more people who think like us. 1 senator? sure, i'll take it. treas. sec.? sure, count me in. more congressmen/women? yes please!
how hard can it be to be a ron paul-esque senator? fly to washington to vote NO. come back home. fly to washington, vote NO. come back home. every now and then give a speech about the constitution and sound money. done.
I pledge, do you?
I don't agree with you on
I don't agree with you on the schiff2010 stuff, but I do agree with you on Kudlow.
And the latinized insult ala the road runner cartoon was hilarious.
i'm going to steal that technique. I can just imagine Kudlow speeding along at full sprint and then he's frozen mid-frame, then "bing", below him it states: "loudmouthicus interruptus rectumus"
heh....
.
.
long term bull on US?
this doesn't sound like the schiff i'm used to hearing. methinks he got railroaded into taking that position on the air... anyone see the first part of this interview?
I pledge, do you?
He's realizing that he needs
He's realizing that he needs to provide a broader scope for his vision of America in the future where he can be hopeful and positive since it the short term he's quite negative (though realistic)... if he's going to run for Senate.
"Show your support for Peter at: Schiff2010.com" WTF??
