...evangelical churches that are used as a political front to spread the message of "government is good" and the predictable circumstance of some patriots not being able to pay their taxes, we will have a usurpation of rights and citizens pitted against eachother.

one of the newest bills gives more monies to the IRS to have scam entrapment offices to coax people into tax fraud, then arrests.

meanwhile the sheeple will drink more koolaid and think the FEMA camps will save them and be prodded to turn in their neighbor on gun, tax and other "un-american" bunk.

with a standard deduction you are guilty of doing "something" wrong. Even though you might come out with no fines, they still want some receipts or paperwork of some kind. The tax code so complicated and judgmental that they can't glance at the record for a few minutes and say "Yep, you're good".

LOL @ the retribution from trolling the treasury rep.

Personally, I don't think it wise to deface money to campaign against an individual politician, but I certainly enjoy the entertainment.

In Before someone rants about what defacing means...save it. I just think there are more responsible ways to make your point known.

I tried to embed the video, but it didn't work for some reason - a quick summary for people who don't like blindly clicking video links ;-)

This guy is selling a stamp "Tax Cheat" with the idea that you stamp it over Tim Geithners' name on our bills, you know, where the Treasury Secretary signs them. According to the video, he got a letter about an IRS audit like a week after he started selling the stamps.

Geithner and his ilk can't be allowed to get away with persecution for political reasons (if that is in fact what is happening - and it certainly quacks like a duck).

If it is catapulted into the public eye by a significant number of high profile people, the IRS can't be sent after them all, without drawing suspicion.
