Glenn Beck-We Surround Them This Friday???

Anybody have a take on this? He has changed his ways over the last few months, but I'm not sure how real it is. He is having people send in their pictures if they agree with his nine principles and twelve values (link below). While the values and principles are something I can get on board with and support I just wonder what he's up to. I'm becoming to paranoid. Is he real about this or making an enemies list so all lovers of freedom and liberty will be easier to pick off? Okay, the last part is a joke, but nothing surprises me nowadays. Thoughts?????????

That about tells it all: This is to make superstitious, reactive people tune in and help his ratings. Once there, he will fearmonger on rumor and inuendo, and marginalize facts.

When Beck brought up the "Bubba Effect" he was scaring people. Did you see the woman crawl under the sofa? And no one objected. Beck went into extended time telling how afraid he was. The Bad Guys use fear to exert control. Beck did not go into WHY there is a Bubba Effect or WHY real Americans would object to unreasonable violence by government. As in the Norris thread I smell a rat....

I think Glenn may have had his eyes opened a bit bit when he had those two guys on who basically said the "bubbas" would be right in doing what they do.
We all were asleep at one time. I never used to think like this at all. And I didn't awaken completely overnight either.

I changed. I used to think everyone needed to be controlled. If you did pot, you needed to be arrested, etc. I don't like pot, but I don't think those who smoke it need to be arrested anymore. I also no longer care if gay people want to marry. There are so many issues that I have changed on, permanently.

My agenda is getting our government to adhere to the constitution. The biggest flaw people on this site have is believing people can't change (rightfully so, especially politicians).

I have to say I changed too...
I voted for Bush twice and didn't start figuring things out until 2006 or so. Ron Paul's book help solidify things for me. I voted for him in the primaries and for Baldwin last November which would have never happened a few years ago. People do change.

I don't know what to think either
Part of me believes that Beck has changed. After all, 3-4 years ago I was a Bush cheerleader and thought everything the govt did was absolutely right.. no matter what. I have absolutely completely opposite views now.
So is Beck joining our side? Or is it part of this whole thing going on now where talking about the constitution being trampled, is popular? I feel part of it may be just trying to captialize on our movement and get us to vote republican next time. They know we've got some real numbers now.
But Beck could be sincere. I think he out of any may be. This we surround them thing, I can get on board with. But as much as we surround them.... we just step aside when they choose to walk in and out of the circle to comit their abuses.
