I came across on the Internet today a BLOG site out of Phoenix that had a pretty good write up on CAFR disclosure.
The government no longer needs our tax money. They take it because they can and because we are conditioned to pay it. But they haven’t needed it in a long time! Click HERE to read or watch the video. 2 hours plus

over 2 hours long. I would suggest any busy interested patriot to view the last 20 minutes. Then, if still interested, go back and see it in its entirety. What we are talking about is the difference between a budget report (a fiscal year projection) and a comprehensive annual financial report (cafr), which lists all the operating expenses and income streams from any previous fiscal year. The cafr will show you if your local, state, or federal government is in the black or red in any particular year.
