I just got interviewed on Los Angeles TV KTLA & CBS!
Guys I know this is slightly off topic. I am a HUGE RP supported and promoted RP on Sarasota TV a couple of weeks back if you remember. But this time I was interviewed because of the company I founded because of the REAL ID act. I invented a shielded card sleeve that would block the RFID chip from being read that is now in several state drivers' licenses and the chips are now in credit cards too. This was an interview where I finally got to shout to the world to watch out for what is in their wallets and passports.

Discover sent me a new card recently because as their letter stated, they'd detected some type of security breach. I had to destroy my existing card and activate the new one. Does the word "pulse" on the back mean anything?

Some people have asked which drivers' licenses have it.
So far the following states. Right now they are optional and called Enhanced Drivers Licenses or EDLs.
Washington
New York
Vermont
Michigan - next month
British Colombia Canada
Quebec
Saskatchewan - in May
These double as border crossing cards for Canada and Mexico.
Also the US Passport Book and Passport Card have a chip and the new Green Card coming out.
Almost all banks are issuing these new cards but not every card they ship contains the chip. Not sure why but they are randomly sending to people here and there.
Also many transit cards like the Boston Charlie, DC Metro, I believe BART, Paris Metro etc.
