Student needs help...real consequences of 911
I am writing a paper for school about our foreign policy and the effect is has had on our country. I am hours into research about the middle east and how our policy has transformed over the decades but I also really want to cover the consequences of living in a post-911 America.
I have a list of some of the most egregious laws and policies that have come as a result of 911 (PATRIOT ACT, real ID...).
I need your help in naming more. It can be a law/policy that is already on the books or a law/policy that they are pushing hard for. I guess I should mention that there have been TONS of laws to come as a result of 911 but I am looking for the ones that erode away our liberty (are there even any other kind?).
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
