Does Supporting the COnstitution Make Me a Terrorist?

This past week, sensitive documents from the Missouri Information Analysis Center were leaked to the public. The M.I.A.C. report designated “UNCLASSIFIED//LAW ENFORCEMENT SENSITIVE”, seeks to put supporters of Dr. Ron Paul, those tired of the endless banker bailouts, and just about anyone else who dare question the Federal government on par with Neo-Nazis and abortion clinic bombers.

Terrorism is defined in the U.S. by the Code of Federal Regulations as: "..the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives." (28 C.F.R. Section 0.85)

Should we look clear-eyed at what is going on and objectively examine who is doing it then it is not too difficult to see who the terrorists are.

in Section 802 of HR 3152 is defined as follows.

"Any act that endangers human life, or that is a violation of Federal or State Law.
I'm paraphrasing, but it is pretty close."

So you could be deemed a "terrorist" for jaywalking, be sent off to a secret location with no notification to anyone, and tortured.

Sounds like a fun weekend, or several years.
