Chuck Baldwin: Missouri State Police Think You And I Are Terrorists

By Chuck Baldwin | March 17, 2009

Thanks to a concerned Missouri state policeman, a nationally syndicated radio talk show host stated that he was alerted last week to a secret Missouri state police report that categorized supporters of Congressman Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and myself as "'militia' influenced terrorists." The report, he said, "instructs the Missouri police to be on the lookout for supporters displaying bumper stickers and other paraphernalia associated with the Constitutional, Campaign for Liberty, and Libertarian parties."

Ignoring the threat of Muslim terrorists, the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) report focuses on the so-called "militia movement" and "conflates it with supporters of Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, Bob Barr, the so-called patriot movement and other political activist organizations opposed to the North American Union and the New World Order."

This report is not original, of course. During the Clinton administration, a Phoenix Federal Bureau of Investigation and Joint Terrorism Task Force explicitly designated "defenders" of the Constitution as "right-wing extremists." However, the MIAC report significantly expands on earlier documents and is the first known document to actually name names.

According to the MIAC, opposition to world government, NAFTA, federalization of the states, and restrictive gun laws are a potential threat to the police. The MIAC report also refers to Aaron Russo's film, "America: Freedom to Fascism."

These are the ways to start

These are the ways to start a revolution people. It's things like this that can create a domino effect of liberty. We have to work now people before they take away the rest of our resources to get the message out. We don't have time to rely on others and risk the message of liberty to be destroyed. Is that how you want to go down in the history books? As a group of people who had the information (some of you more than others) but failed to stop the source of the problem (the people in control...who openly admit to eugenics (using science to control the mind as a means to get THEIR ideas on how the world should work), depopulation, man made carbon footprints, etc...

This is the motivation we need, not some silly 9/11 truth protest. They want us to fall for those traps, and many of you will realize this the more you wake up. But first you must realize that there is more to waking up than figuring out 9/11 was a cover-up, etc...

So lets get kick this revolution in overdrive and accomplish what we came here for (create a society that is truly about liberty in and out).

"One man with courage is a majority." ~ Andrew Jackson

Talk about it with your friends,

family, and local law enforcement.

"The Great Spirit made us all--he made my skin red, and yours white; he placed us on earth and intended that we should live differently from each other." Petalesharo

Just one point I want to make...

The damage from this report is done. No amount of petitioning, no legal challenges, and no complaints from law-abidding Citizens in this country is going to change the fact that this report has already made its mark on the targetted law-enforcement officers. The best one can hope for is that the majority of the law enforcement officers actually have brains and a sense of being a U.S. Citizen and pride in upholding the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land. It also means that they know the difference between doing right or just following orders like trigger-happy thugs who really dont care much except for a measly government paycheck and a false sense of physical superiority. Ultimately, that is the true test.

Any word from MO Rep. Jim Guest,

the one introducing state sovereignty and Anti- real ID?

The more of us there are, it

The more of us there are, it will become less likely that the authorities will mess with us. We need to outnumber the haters of freedom.

Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny.
Thomas Jefferson

Malo periculosam libertatem quam quietam servitutem. ("I prefer the tumult of liberty to the quiet of servitude"). Thomas Jefferson to James Madison, 30 January 1787.

Easy as 1-2-3...

First they demonize us and it doesn't matter whether the rumors and slander are true or not.

Second they do another false flag "terrorist" bombing.

Third they blame us for it.

Fourth they round us up with BO's new domestic military/Stazi apparatik.

Fifth you can figure it out for yourself....

Seems to me

that we have to find out who sent the report in and why was it taken so seriously by the police.
Once we find out who is the ring leader then we can work out a strategy.

"It's just one big club... and WE ain't in it!"

"Tyrants fear nothing more than insubordination"

"It's just one big club... and WE ain't in it!"

Mohusk posted this below--and I have a comment on the subject

Mohusk said "One thing working against us - and in fact justifying the profile in the view of the media - is when people contact this person and are threatening and violent. We were told by Highway Patrol that this Brandon person has been getting threats."

A COMMON TACTIC OF THE POLICE: Is to say they are acting this way because of some 'incident' that has made them wary!! This is just another way of connecting us to their claims and to MARGINALIZE!!

Think of the excuses and how many times we have heard them!

1. The initial report said that "militia members have killed police officers"
2. The officer justified the report by saying this again.
3. This Brandon person has been getting threats!
4. Ron Paul supporters had threatened Glenn Beck.

I don't know about you--but I really don't believe that anyone has "threatened" anyone! Like I said---THIS IS A COMMON TACTIC!
Have you ever been told by a policeman that they stopped you because your vehicle matched the description of some 'bad guy' on the loose? Do you believe that? Or they stopped you because your tail light is out? And it isn't?
SO---Do you believe this Brandon person has been threatened? And if he, in fact, WAS, have you heard of Agent Provacateurs?!!

I should have been more clear...

I am well-aware of the tactic. I mentioned in another thread that I didn't necessarily believe that this person had received threats and acknowledged that it could just be provacateurs. However, the officer that relayed this to us seemed pretty honest and I know that there were some pretty forceful reactions on infowars and even here. Nonetheless, whether it is the common tactic you reference (which I agree is used often) or is true - I stand by my advice.

What we need to be careful of is a situation where they produce an email to the media to show just how "crazy" we all are. They may do it anyway with a fake one....but I have no evidence of that at this point. So, all we can do is remain in control. Remember - this is proof the THEY FEAR US - we hold the cards on this one. Unless, we give them an excuse to turn the media completely against us.

Again, whether they "do it to us" again in the media - I, for one, am going to maintain my moral highground and make them the reactionaries.

In answer to another question - the only time I was stopped by a cop in my life was because of window-tinting. And, he was right as I had moved to a new state and the windows were in violation of the state's statutes whereas in the other state they were fine. Just had to remove it and have it checked again, no fine or anything. Now, I suppose I could have thrown a stink - but to be honest I had wanted to get rid of the dark tinting since I got the truck.:)

I do agree that we must maintain the high ground, and your

post was good advice.
I, myself, have been a licensed driver for over 60 years, and have never gotten a ticket--I was stopped once for speeding when I was in my 20's! Thank you for the clarification. ;-)

Ty for Posting

Though I want to say I first saw this on from Alex Jones and many people blogged about it here under some different threads.

What I want to point out is all the love Chuck Baldwin is getting (deserved) but how many people went after Alex Jones for saying the same thing a week earlier.

Dr. Paul is a regular guest on Alex Jones because he likes him and Alex Jones speaks liberty on many of the same issues.

Take note of those on our blogs who are quick to go after the messenger when his name is Alex Jones.

I'm sure Missouri isnt the only state

that has "profiling" documents of this sort..thiers just happened to be the one leaked! Heres the DHS site with list of states with fusion centers...google your state and fusion center to see the locations...

"The Homeland Security Data Network (HSDN), which allows the federal government to move information and intelligence to the states at the Secret level, is deployed at 27 fusion centers. Through HSDN, fusion center staff can access the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC), a classified portal of the most current terrorism-related information."

Heres an example from ACLU on Texas
The Texas fusion center's bulletin shows an unhealthy disregard for constitutional rights and democratic processes,” said Michael German, ACLU National Security Policy Counsel and former FBI Agent.

and the Maryland incident this past summer
"I truly wish that real life would no longer surpass the worst excesses of my nightmarish imaginings... Arthur Silber **

"I think we are living in a world of lies: lies that don't even know they are lies, because they are the children and grandchildren of lies." ~ Chris Floyd

Of course, all 27 of these fusion centers

and everybody associated with Homeland Security has been given these instructions to persecute.
"Sharing information" is their "intended task", right?
So, you can bet that all this information HAS been shared, and the truth is that some some flunkie in Jefferson City isn't the originator of this idea.

Odds are about 100% that this idea came down from the top, and let each little office make their own leaflet to distribute locally, and we only saw the one from Missouri.

Make no mistake, this is a top-down directive, and we are declared the enemy.
Now, they can "retract" or "re-word" or "apologize" until they are blue in the face, but there will be NO CHANGE in what these people are going to do to us. We are still going to be targeted, and we may as well recognize that as fact.

The truth is that the game is being ratcheted-up a few notches now. Things are swinging underway for the move they have planned to get the gains they worked for, out of this financial con-game they are playing.

They will not tolerate anything getting in their way.

From DHS website there are 58 fusion centers!

"As of February 2009, there were 58 fusion centers around the country. The Department has deployed 31 officers as of December 2008 and plans to have 70 professionals deployed by the end of 2009. The Department has provided more than $254 million from FY 2004-2007 to state and local governments to support the centers. "

There is always a "master control center." If there're 58 satellite centers, then there is 1 master control center. This is the way the government works. All governments work hierarchically.

Three Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne,

One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them,
In the land of Mordor where the shadows lie.

Well said BigT

I agree that this is only the first step. Look at the recent ADL alert to law enforcement and it is the same thing: anti-income tax is radical and anti-government/acknowledging the NWO means you are a fanatic/Anti-FED is domestic threat, etc....

This is why I'm glad things are happening in Missouri. While the "intent" of the memo may be justified by law-enforcement people as being for the safety of officers, I don't think anyone can deny this is a concerted effort by federal agencies to claim all our pet issues are fake and radical. Now, in that sense we may be playing into their hands by going public. But, I think more people are with us than the Feds think! At least I hope so.

Thank you for responding to my concerns on the other thread.
I appreciate that you took my concerns seriously.
This is how they do it. They always demonize the very marginal groups first, and work their way inward. The marginal groups are our "canary in the coal mine". When they feel the heat, then we know it's coming in for us soon. Now it's here.
This works like a boa constrictor. It will tighten up on us when it can, and won't ever let off any slack. It's not going away.

I agree that the ADL is always involved in this stuff, and I've watched that since the 1990s when I first became aware of that with Project Megiddo.
I know all about what it feels like to be on their "list".

I also agree that the word needs to get out about their "lists" and why they are doing it. I will help in the effort, and I'm glad that you are doing a good job.

BigT~ I know..you are right!

We have been, we are now and will continue to be targeted!! Just hoping more will realize it..thats the way it is now!! At least this might wake up some people to reality!! If you google "MIAC Ron Paul" there are tons of people picking up on it..so if it brings awareness it is a good thing!

He should be charged with inciting violence against innocent people. Class action lawsuit time.

Thanks Chuck

for speaking for all of us who love freedom. I will be contacting the link to the person he gave us. I have to compose something good and I want to wait a couple of days as I'm sure he is getting bombarded today. I find it very meaningful that this letter was dated on March 17th, St Patricks day.I'm spreading the word to everyone I can and have made copies of everything from the time this started.

If terrorist is now a term

If terrorist is now a term for someone who loves liberty and freedom...then I'm exactly so.

This is an excellent letter

This is an excellent letter by Chuck Baldwin. As he requested, I just emailed my own letter to the Missouri State Police. It was so easy to write. Ron Paul has taught me well.

Need to get this on T.V, it

will grow our numbers and get the real message out to the people. People need to hear this. This is something that Glenn Beck would sensationalize to our benefit and play into his current audience.

My email to MAIC

"As a former employee of the US Federal Government, I swore an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. If you're worried about the police becoming enemies of certain groups of people, maybe you should stop advocating the violation of individual liberties guaranteed by our Constitution. By preparing and circulating the "Modern Militia Movement" report, the MIAC acts more like a domestic terror organization than any group identified in it. Thanks for listening,"

So I'll end up on another list, BFD. It's time to call out these STASI pigs.

Awesome Gil.

"the MIAC acts more like a domestic terror organization than any group identified in it."

You were polite, too. Good touch. :)

It's true

"That's right officer, I'm a patriot." Be afraid, be very afraid.
