US Constitution Is Now Defunct--- If you are not aware..you are living in LA LA land....
US CONSTITUTION IS NOW DEFUNCT
Philip J. Berg request for a Writ of Certiorari was denied by the Supreme Court. Enter the new era of lawlessness. May God help us.
We the people filed law suits, wrote articles, took out news paper ads, made videos, and wrote thousands and thousands of letters to our Congress, Senators, and the Supreme Court. It now seems like an exercise in futility. The only value the public is getting out of having challenged Obama's legitimacy has been the forcing the Senate, Congress and the Supreme Court to expose their true criminal conspirator selves. They have failed to serve the public by keeping their oath to protect and uphold the Constitution of the United States. If action is the result of thought, then by the actions of these elected , they exist only to serve themselves. Public be damned. If was a simple request to ask them to ask Obama to disclose legal documents to prove he is qualified. They have coldly ignored. They failed because they have been part of a conspiracy to ignore the people and do as they please. There is no valid reason for them to refuse to demand Obama disclose his records and prove to the voters he does qualify to serve as president. There is every reason on behalf of America’s national security to be certain Obama qualified under the US Constitution.
“A little vote,
For a little gold.
Soon a whole Senate
Bought and Sold”
This government is so corrupt that if Obama went into the public streets and shot and killed ten people in plain site of dozens of witnesses. The powers would say Obama is innocent because those people should not have been standing there where Obama--cleaning his gun--and accidentally shot them. There fore all those who didn't die should be put on trial.
We are now a lawless country without any umbrella of protection since the Constitution is a defunct document of history. This is now a country of power players and groups and laws will be interpreted to suit the purposes of those groups who have the most ammunition to intimidate another. The American citizen now lives under their mercy instead of under legal rights protected by the Constitution.
This mess is greater than Obama who merely knew how corrupt the existing elected officials are used them to his own benefit. This is the result of 40 + years of corrupted elected officials who need to relinquish their seats or be forced to resign immediately. WE the people must fire, terminate, and vote out the entire Congress, Senate , and Supreme Court for breach of fiduciary duty.
USA patriots shout!!!

IF YOU ARE ANGRY..AND REALIZE YOU STILL WANT TO HAVE A NATION CALLED AMERICA TO LIVE IN ..TO PASS ONTO YOUR CHILDREN... THEN STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING RIGHT NOW..AND MAKE A DARING AND BOLD PLAN!!!(and no.. not another protest...something real intelligent that will get you the results you want.) If you cant think of one ask... there are many ways to solve our crisis in this non-existent lawless land that is /once was called America... or the United States of America.

It's comes down to the lack of a Free and Independent Press.
George W. Bush was a lawless President, and he enjoyed two full terms and peacefully went on to a life of luxury, that YOU, taxpayer, helped finance with your tribute to our out-of-control government.
But none of that would have happened, had we had a true free Press in this country. The 21st Century news media is a corrupt whore to those in power, and a cheap whore, I might add.
If the Press had gone after Bush with just the minimal aggression that it has shown with previous Presidents, both Bush and Cheney would have been impeached for treason, high crimes, and misdemeanors...and they would not have finished their terms of office.
Now we have a new Emperor, and he will, again, be protected by the lickspittle quisling lapdogs of our sadly laughable news media.

The Constitution of the United States of America is not defunct. It is simply not being used. What we call "government" in the District of Columbia is a private corporation which was formed in 1871 to carry out the business needs of the original jurisdiction government following the Civil War. That same corporation was later bankrupted twice. The first time resulted in the formation of the Federal Reserve Bank and the second ended with the corporation being quit-claimed to the IMF at the Bretton Woods conference.
If you want to know more about it you can read more here: http://teamlaw.org/history.htm
When you're done reading that take the time to research and verify the information. You will be surprised at what you will learn.
I seem to recall
a paragraph from "The Handmaid's Tale" where she describes what happened to congress during the takeover. They lined them all up and shot them to death. Sounds like a good idea to me (just spare RP).
is that a book or a movie? sounds like a good story.
The handmaids tale ..that is...
It is the LACK of the Constitution.
I posted this elsewhere on this forum but no one hears seems to read things.
Just read this article and it will tell you exactly why these things are happening.
Remember when Bush said the Constitution was just a GD piece of paper? He knew what he was talking about. They know exactly where this country stands and 99% of Americans don't.
The U.S. is in bankruptcy. Has been since 1933. We have been under Martial Law since then as well.

It is not the Constitution
It is not the Constitution that has failed us, it is rather our political representatives in D.C. The Constitution remains to exist and is still law, but the politicians are treating it like a doormat.
...
it isn't the constitution
it isn't the constitution that failed. it isn't the politicians that have failed. it is the people that have failed.
i'll give em one more chance. if they don't elect ron to the whitehouse in '12, i'm gonna go out and start my own goddamn socialist world government!
agent smith has invited me to dinner and i'm hungry for steak.
Jeff, it IS the Constitution
Would you pay taxes, fines, fees, license, permits, if you didn't have too? THIS IS THE CONSTITUTION. It's the seed that the elitists planted to control freedom minded Americans, both past and present. The CONstitution was supposedly written to keep them in check, a list of things that they shall not infringe apon. A gaurantee of some sorts to us. Now tell me, how is it a gaurantee when we gave them all the power thru taxation? Assuming it was ever valid to us at all, considering no one signed it. We have been duped or indoctrinated to believe this document ensures they listen to us, when that is clearly not the case. It is a fallacy to think otherwise. They tricked us. This is why people write in vain to their so called "represenatives" and fall upon a deaf ear. A great majority of our elected officials are Lawyers. Most all of them are familiar with the UCC court system. The UCC is the law of COMMERCE. I think they KNOW. They also take an oath to protect the courts. Hmmm. There are many people willing to sell out their country for a few pieces of silver.
baba beeba booba blah blah blah
i don't want to hear all this crazy pontificating about "ucc courts" and "admiralty flags" and whatever other gobbledygook you can string together. you sound like a nut, like the guy building the castle, screaming about all kinds of stupid shit he knows nothing about.
i want to hear things like "we're getting libertarians elected to legislatures."
until you actually get libertarians in real offices where they count, you're talking out your ass.
when the people vote in decent people to make the laws, then they will have not failed.
stop blaming everyone and everything else when it's the fat ignorant slob vegetating in front of the television who is to blame.
and as for "selling out their country," i'd sell out every country. i don't buy into nationalist crap. i believe in freedom and individuals. herds are for sheep.
if it wasn't for the sociopaths and schizophrenics, the libertarian movement might actually go somewhere!
You sound like someone in denial
With serious pent up rage issues. See the difference between us, I know there is no reforming this system. You haven't quite reached that point yet. You will. You still want to be taxed, regulated into oblivian as long as it's libetarians doing it, then it's ok right? COME ON MAN.. As for me, Im sick of it. I shouldn't have one nickel of my labor taxed. I shouldn't have to pay taxes on the fruits of my labor. That's slavery bub. The people of this country should have a voice inside their courts. Instead the courts are USED AGAINST THEM as a method of extortion. What you call a rant, is plainly obvious. You believe in freedom for individuals huh? Im confused now. I thought you wanted to be ruled by more corrupt lying politicians ie libertarians. It doesn't matter who doles out the poison, it's still poison! If they belong to the system it's they're JOB to encourage you to enslave yourself! Tell me does an honest politician tax? I mean really, come on. If you are forced to pay taxes, licenses, fees, your system is not free. You can't reform or fix that. It needs to be done away with. A man in a glass house shouldn't pick on a guy who built and lives in a castle. He may sound crazy, but he knows what freedom is. We could have a real chance at true freedom, but not as long as morons keep believing in reforming the system, when it's the very system that keeps you enslaved.
They do things in
They do things in moderation. When taxes are enacted they are so small that we don't mind, but then they increasingly grow over time. There are things that should not be taxed or abridged, but the skillful politician starts off small and works their way up,saying it is beneficial for this or that,or promote fear if not done their way.
The people have failed to elect representatives that would roll back these abuses, and now are left with one of only 2 choices for recourse.
Look closely at our government one would realize how much control they have over the people. This current system is and will always be against the Citizens of the states. There is only a very few that want to change the system, the others just want to tweak it here and there.

The constitution
Absolutely failed us or decieved us, take your pick. It did so when we gave the few the power to tax the many. At that point it became leveraged in their favor not ours. I believe it was designed with this in very thing in mind. To say we have ever had control is an illusion. They control us and always have. This is why the laws become more and more draconian and there is virtually nothing you can do that doesn't require a license, permit, fee or a tax or some type of extortion within they're system. It's always been about control. I really don't think King George wanted a bunch of dead slaves/serfs anyway. Not very profitable. I still find it odd that some of the key players were knighted by the king and owned slaves. Pretty contridicting don't ya think? You think the politicians treat it like a doormat? Maybe, they have enough laws passed against us, that now they can come clean with the fiasco. I understand that a large majority of them are lawyers, so who would be the first to know about your constitutional liberties? If you had them or not? Them. Im betting we never had them. They just had to decieve us long enough to complete their misson of total control. I also have yet to have anyone explain to me, how the constitution was a legal and binding document to the masses, considering no one signed it. I really don't think anyone would have signed it willingly knowing they would be forced to pay taxes especially taxes on labor and the products derived from it. Does anyone smell a rat here? I used to think the constitution was law too, until I found out about the UCC. Have you researched the UCC court systems in this country? I think you would be quite suprised to find out that the UCC is the law of COMMERCE. The UCC does NOT recognize the constitution. Really. I am sure this is the first thing a lawyer learns. The Supreme Court is also a UCC court. So if your courts don't recognize your constitutional liberties, do you have any?
You most likely are NOT forced to pay taxes on your own labor.
If you do, then it is because you volunteer to do so. Stop volunteering. Unless of course there is a law making you liable. Then by all means pay the tax, but so far no one has been able to produce such a law with respect to the average American living and working in the 50 states.
It really amazes me how people can 'go off' about the government and the 'laws' they pass that purportedly 'take away' your rights, and then those same people REFUSE to acknowledge the fact that no such laws exist. That everything is worded to make you THINK it applies to you, when in fact it doesn't.
There are no such thing as 'constitutional rights.' The Constitution doesn't grant me or anyone else any rights. It only seeks to tell the feds specifically what things they might do that are prohibited.
My rights are antecedent to the formation of, and independent of the existence of, government and the Constitution.
The only way the Constitution 'failed' is in that it had no teeth built in.
But even then, it may not have mattered. To paraphrase John Adams, our Constitution was wrought for a wholly moral and religious people. It is unsuitable to the government of any other. When the vast majority of Americans are heathen and their elections reflect their own morality, it is no wonder that the Constitution becomes useless.
It doesn't matter
To the rogue jack-booted thugs, if there is a law or not. You will pay, or lose everything you have by force. It's not a law anyway, it's a debt. The debt is paid to England. They don't need a law anyway, they have all the politicians, enforcers of the state, military, in they're backpocket via your forced tax dollars. They use force to obtain what you will not give. As a friend once told me, you are free as long as you pay. The constitution didn't fail because it had no teeth. It had a sharks mouth wide open. The constitution was a failure because we gave a select few the power to tax the many. I totally agree with you about where our rights are derived. I know we dont get them from a piece of paper. They used that piece of paper as a deception. They gave a nice little list of amendments they were not allowed to do on a contract that no one signed and shined it up sold it to the masses. Like it ever applied to us. Is it any wonder they don't obey it? It an illusion! Morality? The founders owned slaves and some were knighted by the king. Some belonged to secret societies and I believe a few were satanists.
No the Constitution failed because it had no 'teeth'
The framers should have made violation of one's oath of office included in the crime of treason - punishable by death.
it had teeth; the bill of
it had teeth; the bill of rights, the judicial branch, presidential veto.
it has LOADS of teeth!
nce point.. perhaps it should read ..suspended..or ignored...
however if the politicians ignore it ..then it is as if we are not living under its rule..
(or as if it does not exist.. )
We haven't
been under the Constitution since 1933. I believe it went truly bye bye with the War Powers Act. I am not so sure it ever applied to us anyway. Can someone tell me how it did? I didn't sign it. So how does it apply to me? Maybe I didn't want to be taxed and fined and regulated to death. Do I have a say? Can some tell me how we are in control of them? When they make the laws? It was built for them to rule us.
Try 1860 or thereabouts
Lincoln illegally suspended Habeas Corpus, and it was never reinstated. We haven't had civil government under the Constitution since at least then. Everything you see is window dressing. (else how could they ignore the very law which gives them their power, unless in fact, that isn't where their power comes from?)
Good Point
Sam. But tell me, how is the constitution a binding document to any of us, when none of us signed it? As a matter of fact, the populace of the day didn't sign it either! Had I lived back in the day when it was written and had the knowledge that it would give the few the power to tax the many, would I have signed it? I don't think so. Maybe, that's why it wasn't given to the populace for a vote back then. Who would have signed it? Would you have? I mean, you fought the British for your freedom from taxation, only to allow them to do it to you again? I also think there was more to George Mason than we have been told. I believe he smelled a rat too and fought hard for the Articles Of Confederation.
" redress of grievances"
I attended a "we the people" seminar this past weekend, Bob Shultz was the speaker. he says that the last sentence of the first amendment contains a recourse that we can persue right now. he says that we have more power than just our vote.
he makes a very compelling case...
this link best represents the info he shared.
has this been discussed here before?
