What are the best methods of activating a peaceful revolution?

Watch every Ron Paul youtube video 2 or 3 times, like I did. As if by osmosis, the concepts of liberty and sound money are transferred into the thickest skull.

Now, having these ideas floating around your brain, you should have some power to parlay the concepts to the next apathetic-government-educated individual next to you.

I guess what we are doing at DP and C4L is a logical thing. We are trying to educate ourselves so that we might educate other people.

I'm disagreeing with Hawkiye - only a little bit. I feel we have made enormous progress in the past two years. There are now millions awake or awakening as we type. We have meetup.com which I knew nothing about until the campaign. We now have youtube, ronpaulforums, chipins and diggit. We have countless networking sites such as dailypaul.com - it didn't exist before either. We have a positive track record. We have elected RP people to offices all across the country. There are many more preparing to run for office. We have millions of educational DVDs already in the public's hands. That accomplishment alone is worthy of note. Many thousands including myself are much more aware of the existing political system and how it works. THIS IS REVOLUTION and we are in it and doing it. Small wonder the Bad Guys are losing it....

My wife and I went to Taos, NM and stayed in a house that was completely off the grid. It was called an earthship, and was amongst other earthships, called the earthship community. We happened to just find out about the house by chance. These houses were great, and put together very well. I believe innovations such as this combined with gardening and livestock on a local level would be a good route. Getting back to the basics.

We have been doing a peaceful revolution for the last two years. We are making progress but it is too slow. Unfortunately at the rapid rate at which things are deteriorating we do not have the time needed to change things at the pace our movement is going.

We still do not have our message in the same venue most Americans still get there info from, and everyone is off on thier own little agenda scattering our energy and efforts.

People need to face reality and prepare accordingly.

I'm agreeing with Sgynus. If you want peace - BE PEACE. As simple as that. On the other hand there is no steering our country back because that is lumping people into a "country". There are individuals that have lost their way. Show each one the way by living it.

If you want a peaceful revolution, then be peaceful and others will eventually find peace by learning from your example. If you are worried at all that something isn't right, then you are not at peace, how can you expect to have a peaceful revolution when you haven't yet achieved it within yourself?

We need to employ the same tactics that were used to take this country away from us, infiltration.

It's a slow process to taking the country back, but in small ways we have already done it to some extent.

might run for office, we need more people running for office.

Build a group of like minded patriots in your neighborhood as a first step. You can do so by placing a cheap want ad stating "Liberty lovers unite!", or by passing out fliers with your info on it. Schedule video showings at your local library (America, Freedom to Fascism, or The Obama Deception are two good ones). Once you have a small group of committed patriots, work on your sherriff and other local government reps to start refusing Federal money, attend meetings with a plan to thwart Agenda 21 and NWO initiatives, plan info flier and DVD distribution days, etc.

We are trying to get folks to understand that even though the net is a valuable tool today, HARD COPY still is an effective and powerful weapon, and many people do not use computers.

The fed is funded by taxpayers - stop paying taxes - go to employer and tell them you want to change your deductions.

Set up private banks with your own form of money as some in Texas have done.

File bankruptcy or pay off all your debt including mortgage and pay cash for what you want or don't buy it.

In the old days, boycotts worked well to bring prices down - time to start many boycotts. Buy American or make it yourself.

Get prepared with food, shelter, ammo, water and don't forget some toys.

The only real way is to convert people around you, one at a time, and let them go out and do the same.
